Deceitful Advertising Very Uncomfortable Pillows Causing Worse Back Pain
We are so upset with our experience with Sleepovation We were finally able to afford some pillows that could possibly help with our severe back pain and that was only because of the coronavirus stimulus checks we received We were so excited to purchase from Sleepovation because the pillows looked like they could really help us with our pain and they had a lot of supposed endorsements from respected doctors and athletes Well we opened the pillow boxes immediately upon receiving them and they were all rolled up and compressed We let them sit for several hours and they didn t really rise much at all and one was taller than other No big deal We used them that night and it was not what we expected at all Let me start by saying nobody goes in buying a mattress or pillow planning to return it but their advertising about the 100 NIGHT GUARANTEE all over the place on their website makes you feel better about your purchase and to not worry in the back of your head in case something really does go wrong Honest people don t read return policies before purchases With that being said the pillows were an awful experience for both myself and my husband First the pillow is not supportive of your head or shoulders whatsoever Your head lays at an angle not sinking at all into the middle of the pillow You have to set your neck and shoulder sandwiched around the pillow for any support at all which in turn puts pressure on your throat restricting air flow and making you feel like your choking because the pillow is so thin and not a supportive thickness at all We both woke up with worse back pain than before we bought the pillows I have piriformis issues hip and my husband has bad back and shoulder issues We have a pretty good mattress but we were just looking for that extra support for our head to ease the pressure and pain of a misaligned posture at night This pillow does not do what it is advertised to do it does not look the same as the pictures nor does it feel like it says it s supposed to I do not see any individual pillows in the pillow nor do I feel that whatsoever Now getting to the main reason for my review of course we wanted to return the pillows after our bad experience we tried 3 nights in a row with the pillows and feel worse than ever Now in order to return you have to email the company proof of receipt and you have to also pay return shipping okay fine not ideal but we will do it I get an email back saying that we can only return ONE PILLOW PER CUSTOMER back Really Well the 100 day money back guarantee flashing all over the place did not mention that fine important detail And nobody goes and looks at the fine print of a return policy because we never PLAN to return an item Sleepovation also didn t go out of their way to make sure you know you can only return one pillow either Deceitful company practice So the marketing scam was successful by Sleepovation because they advertise all over the place the 100 night guarantee because who the hell would think to look and verify that BOTH pillows would be included in this guarantee If this was a company that was honest and not trying to scam people they wouldn t have such a ridiculous stipulation on only one pillow being able to be returned in their 100 night guarantee What a huge disappointment this company is Go with another company if you don t want to deal with hidden surprises that are absolutely unfair and deceitful We don t make much money at all and now we re not able to purchase another pillow brand because Sleepovation won t let us return both pillows that are faulty and did not perform as promised Even with their 100 day guarantee and even with us having to pay return shipping Stay far away and spend your hard earned money on an honest company product AGAIN an honest person with no intent on returning a product does not look at the fine details of a return policy Shame on Sleepovation

Mattress defective customer service didn t respond sketchy company
Customer service very poor and didn t respond to issues Mattress was too short 4 in each L W and they wouldn t respond Mattress was comfortable but the company is very sketchy Mattress itself if it was the proper size 4 5Customer Service 1 5I purchased a king mattress from sleep ovation and after letting the mattress expand on the floor for two days we put it on our platform base and noticed it was too short and too thin We used a tape measure and measured it The king mattress we received which is supposed to measure 76 x 80 inches actually measured 72 x 76 inches I immediately emailed sleep ovation regarding the defective mattress and waited over a week and received no response I contacted sleep ovation again via email and on facebook The facebook rep told me to send an email Again no responses at all for this defective mattress 4 inches too short on both length and width is not acceptable Finally I called the customer service number and spoke with Asia also the person from the initial emails before purchase so they seem to have only one rep She didn t seem to know what to tell me and only said that if I didn t want the mattress I can return it after 30 nights So we slept on a much too short and thin mattress for about a month and a half before we got an appt to haul it away The thing that irks me is that the company was very responsive to all my questions via email before I purchased the mattress Then immediately after purchase any emails I sent were ignored The mattress itself was okay but I didn t want to chance demanding a new mattress when Asia the rep I spoke with on the phone said if the 2nd one was also defective I was basically S O L because they only return 1 mattress per address apparently no matter what No accountability for defective products which made me not trust the 10 year warranty They won t be in business 10 years from now with this kind of awful customer service Asia the rep was nice enough but she didn t know anything and couldn t do anything I don t know I ve never encountered that problem which isn t true considering the prior reviews here is not an acceptable answer when you re a rep with customers purchasing nearly 2 000 mattresses I recommend ignoring the hype which sucked me in and shop at a real mattress store where you can look at the product and go somewhere if you have issues I previously bought the pillow which I love but the mattress is definitely a no go when you cannot trust the company to back their product or even respond to questions and complaints

Ship back on your own dollar even if it is defective
I purchased their pillow and immediately noticed that the cover had snags on it It was also not the thickness that is was supposed to be I let it air for a day before I contacted customer service on 12 9 to report this I submitted photos as well I was told that they would send me a new cover after my 100 day trial and that the pillow should fully expand The pillow never expanded only getting from 3 75-4 inches thick so on 1 1 I sent an updated email with additional photos I was told I could return it and would receive purchase price less their initial shipping fee plus I have to pay shipping charges to send it back I questioned this since it is defective and not because I just did not like it I was told for any reason and was sent a copy of their return guidelines This is very shady practice I have been planning to purchase a mattress from them for quite some time but this has definitely changed my mind

Customer service stinks
This mattress did not work for us Lots of trouble trying to return it Finally picked up by two guys in a pickup truck Still have not received my refund 10 days later due to review after rude Asia promised 5-7 days I am going to contact my lawyer
