Terrible customer service I ordered two shirts and only got one The shirt that I did get was not the one I originally ordered Buyer beware

Honor your pricing

I am very disappointed with this company right now I have spent nearly 500 on orders this year alone and it s only June I recently became a member and unlocked the member pricing Over the past weekend they had a promo of 60 off No where did the advertisement mention you couldn t use it while logged into the member price This made shirts very cheap I had like 36 items for 100 in my order that was paid for Three days go by and I received an email that my order had be canceled with NO explanation I emailed customer service to ask why and was given a response of basically oops it was our mistake and that I shouldn t have received the member price plus 60 promo discount It was an error on their part So tell me why is the customer made to suffer for your error Not the type of customer service I would expect Other than this experience I have been happy but I have decided I will no longer continue to support this company for them not honoring my order They also didn t bother to contact me as to why they canceled my order I suppose I was just going to never get it and they hoped I wouldn t notice

Long time customers experience

There are a couple of things I would like to highlight ----1 Orders should be reviewed better For example an order I placed was left on hold for more than a month due to one item being out of stock ONE ITEM This leaves a customer frustrated waiting so long for an order to ship It did not ship for 4 weeks and by the time the order was delivered the items in the order a seasonal holiday-specific shirt were no longer in season so the excitement wore off This experience was not pleasant I received no communication in regards to why my order was still on hold As each week passed by my patience wore off and I was less impressed with customer service That sort of experience is why consumers choose to shop elsewhere I was also not given any resolution until I complained Within the first week my order was in unfulfillment status Some feedback as to why there was a delay IE 1 item out of stock of many I would have appreciated the communication instead of feeling like my order was forgotten about After all it was an entire month of waiting for my order It was not until I complained that I was given any updates 1 BACK ORDER SHOULD NOT HOLD UP AN ORDER FOR 1 MONTH 2 In addition to number 1 Ship items as they are available If you cannot fulfill the order complete what is available and ship the rest when it is Especially to avoid a 4-week wait If you notice your inventory is off COMMUNICATE ASAP 3 You offer a Bible Box subscription The moment this order ships member pricing is locked in However the very second a Bible subscription gets canceled the pricing reverts back to non-member pricing This is in no way fair to consumers who have paid for this pricing the moment the Bible box order is processed If they decide to cancel the pricing should stay in effect for the full month that was paid for Instead it does not Some consumers can t afford to pay for that subscription every month and are turned away from ordering anything else when full price kicks back in You insert a 10 gift card for future use but if I decide to cancel the December box on November 6th by the time I get this gift card I will not use it Being this is a MONTHLY subscription if I pay for ONE MONTH and then cancel before the next month s payment is processed I should STILL receive the pricing for the FULL MONTH that was paid for 4 Provide a selection for Biblebox You would be surprised at the increase if you could add more options such as a sweatshirt tumbler coffee mug Bible Cover etc A pen to go with the devotional When one accumulates a number of shirts the interest in continuing this monthly cost might wear off 5 Keep the material of the shirts consistent I have noticed the sizes are smaller and the fabric is not as soft This review is coming from a more than 2-year long customer I do have a lot of early on shirts that I like but I can see a change in the material and shipping delays are getting worse 6 Sell outs are frustrating There are numerous times I wanted to order a shirt but could not because they ran out of inventory 7 Color selection would be nice I got tired of seeing Heather Mauve LOL

I placed an order a couple of months

I placed an order a couple of months ago I did not receive any updates on order status or shipping I had to email and ask Finally I got a shipping confirmation My shirts arrived and I love them so much that I decided to overlook the lack of communication and place a second order This time it has been 18 days and NOTHING Not one single word no confirmation other than them taking my money no order shipped and no response to any emails sent to them I will not strike out no third order for me

Disappointed

I was so excited when I ordered shirts for Christmas gifts I ordered 6 shirts on November 27 and never received them until December 29 Needless to say I was not happy Was not happy with quality or size Sleeves way to long Material cheap Sorry to give poor review but just being honest

Not sure what to think

I have ordered T- Shirts from this company a few times and was very pleased with the results until my last order I placed an order on July 3rd it is now September 18th I contacted Loveinfaith by email September the 3rd to inquire they sent me a tracking number that hasn t been updated since the 8th of September I would like to hear from a person

Love This Company

Just placed my 3rd order with this company I love their shirts great quality so soft and great prices The designs are cute unique Shirts arrive in usually 2 weeks or less Will continue to use this great American based small business UPDATE Still have not received my order Nobody returns e-mails or a seed the phone Very disappointed in the customer service this time around Something has changed with this company Review has been updated to reflect this

How do I get out of this program

How do I get out of this program I have more t-shirts than I could ever possibly order I obviously hit a button that I did not know that I want and I would like to discontinue this please explain to me how to get out If you can t help on this end I will just have my bank stop the CC

I keep getting charged for shipping

I keep getting charged for shipping even though the membership I purchase CLEARLY states no shipping fees for orders over 39 I have emailed several times and get no response Reason to cancel my membership
