Takes to long to receive

I ordered my shirt on 10 26 23 and it took 20 days to get to my mailbox nothing should take that long that is ridiculous Don t think I will be ordering again Shirt design is nice but shirt quality is thin

Quality went downhill Not soft anymore

Shirts are nice but the quality-brand material has changed Old shirts from an order about 1 yr ago were super soft fabric content was 52 ring spun cotton 48 Poly New shirts are stiffer not as comfortable 90 combed cotton 10 poly Big difference New ones shrink up quite a bit If I d have known they changed the fabric content and noted shrinkage on their website I would have ordered up Checkout process is atrocious Especially when you can t view your whole cart on one page It s a small scrolling side window It also forces you to certain payment options Google pay disappeared when trying to view my cart again and I couldn t get it back Even went to a laptop instead of my phone to try and fix it No such luck Ordered a shirt for a specific holiday 2 weeks in advance it took 28 days for my order to ship Please return to your previous shirt mfg for the soft version I m sure the change is saving you money but quality is a factor in my decision and I won t be ordering again

Lack of response

I placed an order on 11 4 and paid immediately I have reached out through their contact on their website and have emailed directly to find out when my order will ship No response at all No way to call or find out any information Thinking of putting a stop on payment 11 14 Finally got a response but very unsatisfactory a delay in order fulfillment of certain styles with no indication of how long the delay will be

Unhappy with customer support

I have placed numerous orders at Love In Faith and had been a well pleased customer until my last order One of the 3 sweat shirts is defective and I can not wear it I have emailed their customer support service twice but have yet to receive a response on how to return for a refund of get a replacement As I explained in my last email I will be traveling in the next few days wanted this taken care of before leaving town I will not be ordering from them again until they take care of this issue

Good delivery Scam Shameful customer service

I received my 65 order from November and do not recall a delay so I can t give a one-star The shirts are unopened since they are Christmas gifts so I cannot comment on the quality In my order I selected an extra shirt which included a free Bible Box to get free shipping I guess they meant free shipping on future orders No free shipping for this order When I cheerfully inquired about it I received no reply Then after a few weeks after my order arrived they email me to say they are preparing a Bible Box and it will be shipping in 5-7 days I immediately notified them I did not order it and did not want it I was not made aware that the Bible Box was a monthly subscription that I would have to cancel if I no longer wanted it No reply email The NEXT DAY they notified me that it shipped and again thanked me for my order Again I replied to tell them I did not want it and notified them that I would be seeking a reversal of charges I got another email with a special offer and I again told them I was not interested and asked them to cancel any account I may have with them and that I was not interested in receiving their emails unless it was related to the emails I had already sent them Crickets I don t know why their emails say If you have any questions at all please don t hesitate to email us at support loveinfaith life when they apparently have no intention of replying to them unless a review like this is posted Now I am trying to either get the item returned or get the charges reversed I did not consent to my card being charged every month Terrible customer service I will not recommend them nor purchase from them again NOTE IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE A REPLY FROM THE COMPANY SIMPLY ENTER A REVIEW ON HERE WITHIN ONE MINUTE I RECEIVED THE FIRST EMAIL REPLY

Not sure if this company is legit or not I sent two emails about my order

I have sent two emails about my order with no response I ordered 3 shirt December 3rd I keep checking and there was no movement all the sudden a tracking number was created but now it s sitting in Anaheim California and it s been sitting there I m probably going to get it by Christmas I know I ordered early enough What s frustrating is they tell you to email them but no one responds You really need better customer service Sent email this morning in response to welcome message from you back in November So hopefully you respond In the subject line I put PLEASE RESPOND I hope this is a legitimate company because I have been scammed way too many times this Christmas season I just can t even believe it -Update I checked the tracking My package went from California to Romulus michigan which is 5 min from my house then it was sent to Illinois then sent back to Royal oak michigan which is an hour from me My package has bounced back and forth to different cities but still havnt received -Second update - package still sitting in royal oak michigan What the heck California to Romulus to Illinois back to Royal oak michigan Totally bypassed me Still pitting in Royal oak MI So much for wearing these the week before Christmas I will not be ordering again You guys need to hire more help It should not take 20 or more days to get an order2nd UPDATEI received my order yesterday December 20 I happy to see they are a legit company The quality is good Very soft I think they run m really big I hope they will shrink when I wash them I do think the company should hire more staff so they can keep up on orders

This order was made on 12 10 It s 12 20 and it s still labeled as unfulfilled It takes them about that much time to even send out an order at least my orders have taken that long Ok but while waiting one of three matching shirts is now unavailable WHAT How do you over sell Aren t there systems in place so that doesn t happen This shirt was a gift So they send me a code for off another purchase but will I get a refund for the missing shirt I just hope that I get everything else that was ordered as most of the items are gifts Now late gifts Also I ve sent two texts and three emails They responded to the one text to email instead Did that and no response whatsoever One email was to advise that a shirt labeled as 2x was actually a large Stuff happens but just acknowledge it Also what s with the codes that don t work Like ADDTOCART60 and MYCART60 Since they don t say what the code is good for is it reasonable to think its for everything on the site Nope It s by trial and error to use it So far no luck I just hope they get it together because I really like their products

I have ordered in the past and they did great This order that I am still waiting on has not even been processed It s been 11 days This is my 14yr old daughter s main gift and now she won t get it for Christmas I m so bummed and disappointed that they didn t prepare better for the sales they keep promoting I don t know that I will recommend or order from them again So sad

Losing a customer

I have ordered from Love in Faith 3 times The first two times went wonderfully - placed ordered shipped quickly received great quality items On November 5th I placed order 3827072 which currently still has not been shipped I sent 3 emails since then requesting a status of when my items will ship with no response If this review does not generate a response I ll be forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company If that happens you will be losing a valued customer

I love your products and have never had a single problem but I need customer service for my last order I have reached out numerous times and can not get any help Please reply to one of my many emails Update The issue was addressed quickly after this review and helped me out Thank you
