A stress free helping hand I definitely will recommend to others

I sat by my dad s bedside at the care home while he died then Low Cost Funeral took over and did the rest and it was great what their team did We opted for an unattended cremation so my dad was picked up a few hours after dying and I picked up the ashes the day after the cremation I couldn t really ask for anything better There are bits only I could do like the death certificate I was told exactly what to do by the team no stress at all I will definitely recommend this to others

Excellent Service

My late Aunts funeral was organised by low cost funerals in partnership with Memoria Becky was the lady who guided me and my family through the process she was absolutely outstanding answered all of our questions kept us up to date with everything All our requirements were fulfilled with care compassion and no problems

As a family we sadly had to use low cost funerals for our mum We are so grateful that the service was so professionally executed and went without a hitch from being picked up to being dropped back home Everything we wanted was included and ran like clockwork We were designated Nicki and Matthew to support us organising everything and they both did a faultless job They answered every query immediately either by email or text and honestly during such a sad and emotional time we are so grateful that they were there to support us I our darkest time they showed us light We will always be grateful

Outstanding

Honestly the whole experience made everything so much easier for me Recieved so much care and understand from the staff without being too much When you lose a loved one sometimes when people give condolences it may seem insincere but here I felt seen and cared for by all the lovely staff Especially Hayley Graham who organised the funeral and sorted everything Without Low Cost Funerals I would ve encountered a lot on hurdles I wouldn t have understood how to get around Really amazing company and I recommend them to anybody- especially someone who is experiencing grief for the first time whether it be alone or with other family members Thank you so much x
