Do not waste your money

Do not waste your money My device has been giving the same reading for the past two months Customer service have had me turning the device on its side having the led light on to dry out moisture blowing in while doing the hokey coke y and not provide a refund Total gimmick do not fall for it I have all the screenshot from them if anyone needs proof All the positive reviews are from invited paid individuals Check social media no comments from actual users -note-The comment from Lumen saying my issues are being dealt with a manager are true but the dealings are just a repeat of the situation above I am being told I am wrong and this magical device is now working its not DO NOT PURCHASE

Hidden renewal process

I have been automatically renewed a membership that does not appear on my membership list on my Apple settings I am requesting reimbursement as I do not use the device Data are inaccurate and there is too little capacity to clean the interior of the device through which I have to breathe

This review is not about their device This is about their sketchy pricing tactics I wanted to purchase a lumen device to test for my patients After finding their website and clicking on the pricing link I was quoted a certain price After subscribing to their site I was then emailed a discount code When I clicked on the link the price was higher than the original price A few days later I received a marketing email about a Black Friday price for 170 off The problem is they jacked up the price to 415 so the device was still more expensive Sadly I did email them about this to point out their dodgy pricing practices because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and because I think my patients would benefit from the device and want to test it myself They did not give me the courtesy of a reply All in all very disappointed by Lumen

What a piece of junk

I got into biohacking several months before purchasing Lumen so I already had a pretty good idea of what the results would show Only when I started using the device the measurements were all over the place Burning fat all day long even after eating high carb meals Then burning more carbs even when I was eating low carb all day Higher readings after fasting overnight I reached out to customer service 3 times and even though they were responsive they made me go through circus acts of troubleshooting The device has too much moisture Dry it out It s a breathalyzer If the sensor can t handle moisture then use a better sensor After tons of back-and-forths ultimately they told me they think my device is working fine and that I just need to follow the nutrition plan Problem is I had been following carb cycling for weeks at that point I just hadn t logged all the info in the app I wanted to see if the device would actually read my CO2 levels like it s supposed to or if it would measure based on what I m telling it I m doing It s very easy to log a low carb day and then have my measurements all of a sudden say You re burning fat So I didn t log everything I ate or every time I exercised I recorded it separately from the app I tried to let customer service know that I think my device is defective and I gave them tons of evidence letting them know what I was eating when and how the measurements weren t making any sense Eventually they just told me they think it s working fine and even though it s covered under a year-long warranty they won t issue a replacement Total waste of money

Worst customer service Don t try to return this because I mailed the device back and never heard from them again 5 attempts at the email customer support What kind of company has no live customer support

Do not buy this product - reoccurring charge scam

Do not buy this product The app never works and I don t believe it to be accurate my readings didn t really change based on what I was eating It was a waste of 300 and they bill you a reoccurring membership fee which they do not notify you of 30 day guarantee is not enough time to see if it is helpful as the machine takes time If they really believed in their product they would offer a 3 month trial

I am rather disappointed with the device Even after multiple days of eating zero carbohydrates or fasting the device is showing that I am mostly burning carb How can that be It seems to be a random number generator than anything else How do I return it for refund

The breathing technique is very hard and not as in the advertisement videos

I brought Lumen with lot of hope To my disappointment the three step breathing technique is not simple or straightforward as shown in the advertisement video There is no training plan and the support was very unsatisfactory I decided to return the product and have started the return process
