I too wish that I had read these reviews prior to ordering the dress I ordered It was nothing like the picture What s more I attempted to cancel the order prior to It being shipped and they dragged their feet for days and shipped it Then responded to me saying it was too late to cancel Don t buy anything from this store They re crooks and don t even deserve 1 star

Unprofessional Scamming Site With Useless Staff

An absolutely awful business lacking professional staff The dress shipped was damaged and when contacted about the issue their staff member told me their own form of compensation for THEIR mistake in manufacturing was a 20 discount off a next product which would be pointless as I am never ordering off here again Rather than sending a new dress or providing a refund they scam you How unprofessional

I bought a dress and I received a totally different one I wrote to customer care they asked for few pictures and replied to me saying that this is one of the best sellers and they re sorry the dress didn t meet my expectations I m disappointed because it s not that it didn t meet my expectations it s just that it is not what I paid for So I don t recommend you this online shop

It is impossible to make returns to this company so if something doesn t fit you are not going to get your money back I had two dresses the same size - one too big one too small They refuse to send you labels for returns even after making you take a picture of every item you want to return

I bought a red dress that smelled horrible Glitter was constantly falling of the dress and a month later I have been vacuuming it of the floor So the quality of the products is definitely questionable Also I received a completely wrong dress and after I asked the customer service to send me a return label - they stopped answering my emails Those folks are rather scamming people Also - it s not allowing me to write a review on their webpage

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE I waited almost 1 month to recieve my package and ended up with two dresses that look NOTHING like the images on the site Trust the reviews here I am now out 160 CND and now have no dress for my bridal shower Of course they offer no refunds The material is awful and they are not even wearable I could have made a better dress with a tablecloth Huge dissapointment Save yourself a massive headache
