Great hostingI love Aternos and have used them for yearsThey have good servers and it rarely crashes

Many people have rated in comparison to PAID server hosts that are built to handle more complex situations However I have found Aternos to be more powerful than it even should be for a free server My friend and I play a mod pack available on twitch called Roguelike Adventures and Dungeons that features 180 individual mods which the server can actually handle If a free server host can accept and tolerate an abundance of mods then it 100 deserves a 5 star rating Aternos is great for playing almost anything with a few friends which I m assuming is mainly the purpose of their website If you are looking for a host that can handle tens of hundreds of players in different locations look for a more powerful paid host Because it is free occasional lag spikes and wait time will be a factor but they have definitely been working to reduce these issues Depending on the day of the week I usually do not have to wait more than 5 minutes for my server fully modded to load up In conclusion rating it low in comparison to paid hosts is not very fair

Didn t have any trouble with the server Fast bootup and it handled both vanilla and RLcraft very well Would reccomend

Great Allows mods and gives you a bunch of plugins to choose from 10 10 would recommend In my opinion better than Minehut

One of the only free server hosters the only problem is that it takes long to startup and that there is a 5 minute no player countdown

Little lag

No lag Although I think ram should be upped a bit with the cpu and gpu upgrades just an idea but very smooth I recommend strongly over minehut
