Fabulous bed and even better service Slats were missed on the first delivery and they did everything possible to redeliver missing items quickly and conviently just a few days before Christmas Can t fault the service and will definitely be using the company for all our future beds

I bought 2 beds from Lush back in
I bought 2 beds from Lush back in September 2021 one super king and one double Paid just over 1100 for both including building both beds and the beds mattresses are still solid comfortable 2 5 years later Excellent value for money

My experience with lush direct was nothing short of amazing Their customer service is outstanding very easy to get ahold of The quality of the bed was nothing like I ve ever seen before Down to the fabric and the length of the headboard etc I love my bed and would definitely recommend this company to others Thank you so much

Amazing service
My experience with lush direct was amazing they got back to me very quickly explained how it worked The delivery was very quick under a week I had no trouble with them what so ever The bed was better then I expected and very easy to put together I absolutely love the bed and the mattress is very comfy I look forward to my sleep tonight Thank you so much lush direct I am a happy customer and recommend to friends and family The bed was def worth more then I paid

So happy with my new bed it s exactly like the photos shown and the mattress is really comfortable It was easy to assemble they offer excellent customer service and quick delivery I received my bed in a week Thanks so much would definitely recommend
