Spoke to a lovely girl called Megan yesterday so pleasent and friendly helped answer all my questions about what I wanted Nothing was too much hassle absolutely fantastic customer service I will definitely be using this company again

I just ordered my bed from them and needed to make adjustments to the headboard height Their customer service was so quick with responding to me and they are absolutely amazing They helped me through the process of ordering correctly and were so kind and professional Great experience so far By far the best customer service experience I have had in years I cannot wait to get my bed

Quality and craftmenship is IMPECCABLE with a chefs kiss I bought 4 beds and matresses for my house and they are IMPECCABLE The craftmenship is perfection and attention to detail is stunning I bought the beds nearly a year ago and they were kind enough to hold in storage that long because of my house move completion of house purchase changed by 6 months I had an issue with 1 bed not their fault but mine concerning measurements They were so helpful and assisted in replacing that bed in record time I can t rave about them enough Customer service is A For that Alone I am a customer FOREVER

Great Pre-order experience

I had so many questions about the bed styles and how they would fit in my home Which one to choose was proving difficult but Jesseca in Customer Services was able to answer all my questions and help me decide on which one to get the Opulence bed soft plush velvet in silver She was amazingly helpful Ella x

Fantastic experience from start to finish

I met Joe at the opening day today and he was so helpful from start to finish He guided me through the ordering process answered all of my questions and even pointed me in the right direction for help with interior designing for my bedroom All of the staff were very welcoming and friendly The show room has a great variety of beds and mattresses which can all be tailored to exactly what you want I ve had a great experience and will highly recommend this company to others Thanks so much The Luxury Bed Company

Amazing service from the get go from Leanna Watson I made an error in giving the wrong measurements and only realising after the final product was completed with days left until delivery However within minutes of calling to request what can be done at this stage Leanna figured out and arranged the relevant amendments to go ahead according to my needs they fast tracked my order as a gesture of good will so we don t miss my delivery slot Professional fast responsive I am so impressed and will be back for future bespoke beds Highly recommend

I ve honestly never had a better experience with a company in my life I never give reviews especially before even getting the item I ve ordered but its been such a great experience I had to share From the very first of many emails with Joe he s just been so helpful and lovely He s been so patient answering aaaall of my many queries quickly and he really went above and beyond to help me get the bed I ve been dreaming of when I was having postcode delivery issues that I really should have anticipated myself ahead of time Brilliant company excellent team and I cannot wait to get my gorgeous new bed

Best bed ever

From start to finish TLBC have been amazing Brilliant Customer service and the bed is amazing We have had a few bad experiences in the past with other bed company s but TLBC I cannot fault at all They have been so helpful especially Callum always answered any questions very quickly and the whole process has been so organised Highly recommend -
