Avoid this company

Bought the Sculpting facial tool and tried as per instructions Did not see any results Requested to return the product within the 90 day returns policy When the company emailed me they asked me to return to an address in Australia So although the products appear to be priced very cheaply in comparison to other Companies you end up paying so much more to return the product to an international address thousands of miles away Don t be tempted to buy their products because they seem really cheap in comparison to those sold elsewhere because you ll be paying a hefty price to return back to them

I bought the IPL laser hair removal

I bought the IPL laser hair removal the blow dryer a few other things The IPL is broken completely useless The rest is just cheap crap I don t know why they are getting such good reviews their products are pure crap Then when you want to return their broken crap YOU HAVE TO SEND TO CHINA so the cost of shipping this box of crap back is the same as the refund They do not back their products at all DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Save your money

Need so send returns to China

They ask sending return packages to China which cost so much due to international shipping Almost same as to the product price I think this is the company s strategy to reduce refuse returns Be careful it is same as to you technically cannot return

Disappointed but hoping for improvement

After 8 weeks of use as per instructions the IPL has stopped working properly It keeps cutting out and the buttons are not doing what they should be controlling I have a replacement coming so hopefully this one is better I would have hoped that by now there would also be a big difference in my hair growth but unfortunately there hasn t been much change apart from a slight difference in my legs

Faulty product no refund

Bought ipl hair removal delivery fine but it s stopped working after 6 weeks they asked for a proof video which I ve sent but they are ignoring my requests for a refund can t get through to anyone at all fine unless you have problems it was 80 so you would expect a decent product for that Don t buy from these guys

Return policy is ridiculous

I bought the IPL LASER HANDSET and found that it was leaving marks on my skin I also bought the microdermabrasion set which I felt did absolutely nothing I requested to return it While it says hassle free 90 day returns on the website Customer service gave me an address to China and said I must ship it at my cost This is ridiculous Never buying from them again

As others say avoid at all costs

As others say avoid at all costs Sent a poor quality item which stopped working entirely within 2 weeks Contacted and asked for a refund which they refused and said they d send a replacement I advised this wasn t what I wanted due to the quality and sent numerous copies of consumer law rights from Australian consumer advice sites they claim to abide by Australian consumer law in their t cs however they still refused a refund Total joke I ve reported them to all appropriate consumer and trading standards agencies

Misleading refund policy

Although they offer a refund if you are not satisfied with their product you must ship the item to China Nowhere on their website do they list the return address or indicate any address but they really push their 100 satisfaction guarantee knowing that the shipping costs to China can exceed the purchase price of many of their products Also their products do not come with detailed instructions You have to reach out to them for extra explanations

Paid for nothing Terrible customer service

Ordered in November for a Christmas gift 4 weeks later I followed up to find the item had been delivered checked cctv footage of my house for the day and time of delivery no surprise no deliveries for that day or any day before or after Contacted customer support who were very slow to respond and basically told me to check with the neighbours I asked them to provide proof of delivery and they wouldn t or couldn t I asked them to follow up with the shipping company and no response Finally received a response with a link to a Chinese shipping company who have horrible reviews on line No response from shipping company and no response from Lux with a solution Poor customer service will never deal with these guys again and strongly advise others the same

AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ve had my Lux Skin ProStyler for approx 6 months and there s an awful noise coming from it with a burning smell I used their online form to contact them and they asked me to send a video for proof along with my address so they could send me a replacement Excellent If only I reply with the details and they didn t reply I ve re-sent them the video multiple times and they re now just ignoring my emails I have asked that if they can t replace then can they at least refund me so I can buy the product somewhere else as it was a present for my aunty Again I ve just been ignored AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN
