Cheaply made products

Almost every product I have got from this company has stopped working within 2-4 months These are really badly made cheap Chinese products Will never purchase from them again

I emailed Lux and about my order however never got a response so I think it will be very difficult to contact them when you want to change your order or even want a Refund from them

Do not buy from here not worth the troubles

Had to threaten to cancel my order for them to actually ship it It s set to arrive this week or next week as it s in NY now Took about 2 weeks for it to arrive considering the company is cheap and based in Australia Based on the other reviews I have low expectations If I don t or do receive it I ll update this review I ll probably have to file a compliant with my bank and also post office about this company if I end up not receiving the product that way I can get my refund and not deal with Luxskin co antics Update I finally received my led face mask shockingly It works like the description So far the results are minimal Honestly if you re thinking abt buying just get one off of Amazon At least you won t have to deal with luxskin s cheap shipping

After using for only 1 month and a

After using for only 1 month and a half my handset stopped working I contacted people from luxe skin and have received very slow responses from them They still have not sent me a new one I am disappointed as it was actually working on my skin

Slow sub par customer service

Website says order processing takes 2-4 days 10 days later I still haven t received an update Contacted the company via email twice now and haven t gotten a response So far poor customer service I ll update my review once if I receive my order

so far for fast response chat customer service i really grateful but for service send package n all not knowledge good coz im order from 23 march just 5 6 april they send every person give me information in different n check so slow n they cant send to uae or indonesia n they tell me after i chat them many times n changed adress if not able send those country pls removed it to not wasting time of customer i hope its worthy for the results

While I m still hopeful the product will arrive I should have researched this better This is clearly a company in China masquerading as a local company It appears to be in whatever country you are ordering from Address from credit card is an apartment in Kentucky Here is the address 704 SAINT JOSEPH LN APT 7 PARKHILLS KY 41011-3800 UNITED STATESI imagine it has nothing to do with the company Just be upfront

Won t be ordering again

Order placed on 2nd March Tracking details stopped working for a bit and having then checked other reviews on here I worried it was a scam especially when customer service couldn t tell me where my parcel was brushed off my concerns and ignored my request for a refund HOWEVER by some miracle my parcel did arrive on 28th March I m not sure if I just annoyed customer service so much they decided it was worth not scamming me Relieved but definitely won t be ordering again and would NOT recommend
