DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I ordered a bag over a month ago and still have not received it I ve tried to call several times and got no answer I ve wrote several emails and got no answer I ve got no tracking number or Anything Im pissed I can t get ahold of anyone and at this point I m pretty sure he just stole my money I would NEVER recommend buying anything from here

Louis Vuitton Monogram Soft Trunk

This is fake leather The bag design is ok but the leather is fake I scratched the underside with my fingernail and the material started rubbing off I have several faux LV bags but I have never received one with such an awful fake leather job - ever I knew something was off when I opened the pkg and saw the leather color - a horrible caramel color

Not as good as an experience as the rest I guess received my LV bumbag about a month after purchase The quality of the bag seemed to be legit The sheen was off to me the bag was super shiny The checkers seemed a little small nothing like the original because you couldn t make out the LV emblem that s engraved in the particular checkered boxes as the original So with that being said I d give them 1 star Then the return policy sucks so I just basically threw that money away Won t happen again

Great bag Horrible follow-up Customer Service

I love the purse and received it quite quickly Unfortunately it was just too big for my needs I have TWICE emailed Ray about returning it including in my emails that I wanted to instead get a different smaller bag from Ray LuxTime possibly exchange or just return and then order the other bag from them whichever was easiest on their end I have received no communication from LuxTime Ray and am very frustrated Unless there is a turnaround I would definitely not order from this outfit again

I paid for my bags in November by PayPal and here it is March and I still haven t received my handbags I have tried to contact them almost weekly and I can not get a response

3 weeks and still no shipment info

I ordered a bag from Ray on Sept 27th and am still waiting for a shipping update It s been about 16 days since payment was made He said it would take about 21 days due to Covid While a lablel was made by the merchant FedEx has not received the item to prepare for shipment Ray was very responsive until payment but has gone MIA on inquiries regarding ETA

Ordered three bags in two different orders on January 8th This vendor luxdfo was recommended by an online influencer I got the confirmation of order email from one order but not the second order I also got a follow up email from Ray telling me to expect delays in shipping But only on the one order Ok Then I got a FedEx notification of a shipment to me That was great Or so I thought-when I received it on January 26th IT WAS ONLY ONE BAG Not three I have emailed Ray over and over asking about the other two bags Nothing Crickets Should I wait Have any of you reversed the charges on your credit card How long should I wait

Ordered a duplicate Louis Vuitton handbag nothing like a real Louis Not thrilled with the quality and customer service is pretty much nonexistent So if you have a problem you will never reach them and they will never return your emails It s China what can I say they are the worst They have a return policy but they will not contact you in order to return so you better be 100 happy because you are stuck with it UPDATE BEEN 3MONTHS SINCE RETURNING BAG AND SEVERAL ATTEMPS TO CONTACT SELLER NO COMMUNICATION OR REFUND FROM THESE PEOPLE IVE HAD TO CONTACT PAYPAL AND MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO TRY TO RESOLVE BEWARE

I ordered several days ago I didn t receive any confirmation of my purchase I ve sent numerous messages with no response The site shows no record of my order but the money is gone from my bank

Only reason they got 1 star is because you can t give 0 stars Completely ghosted me Placed order and paid received an email stating he Ray got the money and when I could expect the merchandise then GONE No purse No responses to email Nothing Don t do it
