They never shipped it

I placed an order in March 24th Got the email to pay with PayPal It said 13-23 days to arrive A month later I reached out to them inquiring about my order They replied saying they d give me an order update after the holiday weekend That is the last I heard from them I sent 2 more replies and called their phone number WhatsApp several times no answers I have opened a PayPal dispute claim Hopefully I can get my 450 back

Misshapen purse

I received my LV Damier Azure Graceful Although the quality of the bag is great it has numerous creases in the canvas This is because the purse was not sent in a box and had no stuffing inside of it to maintain its shape It was flattened and sent in a plastic envelope with no padding I was shocked when I received the package I knew there was no way the purse I ordered could fit In a package that small unless condensed by flattening it Im so disappointed the bag is misshapen and can t understand why they would not appropriately package it to keep the integrity of the bags shape

I received a LV bag and it is great However he couldn t fill the second part of my order and I have been trying to communicats with Ray several times with another option with no luck He still has 250 of my money so I am somewhat unhappy

Ordered 1 bags on October 25th and eay confirmed pmt was received but I ve tet to receive my bags Fedex came to deliver a package requiring a signature buy never came back I have a delivery ticket fedex says it s coming from Dubai did anyone else s bags come from Dubai FedEx says it s an electronic company from Dubai not sure who this is from

I have sent a few emails no response from Ray No issue the first purchase however my second purchase not going so well Still awaiting a response from Ray

No communication at all

Communication was not good I had a problem with a wallet I purchased Sent an email as to how i can send it back and get a new one and it has been weeks and never got a reply back Now I m stuck with a defective item although it was boxed well and overall quality was good I would love to order more but the customer service was poor

Ray never responded my emails and Facebook message My LV came in 15days through FedEx with big damaged box Inside was okay but LV bag has deep wrinkles I got just dustbag I thought I was going to get a LV box too It doesn t have odd smell If Ray responded my email for tracking number I could give this review 5 stars
