If I could write a review with a score of zero I would because rating them a 1 is much higher than they deserve This company is the worst and a total scam Do not order any products from this company because you will not get it I dont know what else to say about it but they are the absolute worst

Please heed the warning This company is trash

I ve ordered several wigs from this company and have only had one not so great wig However my last order wash a disaster I ordered an HD wig with 200 density What I received was a wig with brown lace and maybe 150 density at best TRASH The wig is thin and does not hold a curl I m upset My last time ordering anything from this company

vivien wigs are the worst These sites keep changing their name to rope in more suckers like me The wig is a joke looks terrible I asked for a refund and the only response was sending the tracking number I responded that I already have the wig and hate it They are ignoring me now and waiting for the 30 days to end so they don t have to pay How are these people allowed to sell they don t deserve the one star

If I could give zero stars I would I really wish I came here before purchasing It would have saved me a lot of headache DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE They are scammers and send you poorly constructed wigs that fall apart They claim they are selling HD lace and it is normal brown lace When it comes to refunds they either don t respond at all or don t acknowledge the request and claim they did nothing wrong Read the reviews and listen I have now opened a dispute with my credit card company

This company is notorious for providing youtube gurus with beautiful wigs to reel in customers then overcharge you for half crafted garbage I purchased what was supposed to be Brazilian body wave at 26in 180 density The wig was thin wefts were showing and the 24 in bundles I was wearing at the time were almost 4 inches longer the the wig They told me to pay for shipping to ship the wig back and they would exchange it When I explained I want a refund they never got back to me No matter who you call or email they re all named Vivian Highly questionable I paid 100 to ship the wig back and haven t heard from them since I m very upset

Vivian wigs aka L wigs is the worst company I ordered wigs from I have a small head the wigs I received was too small for my head and they send me a wig I didn t ordered When I contacted Vivian and told her she refused to give back my money So I contacted pay pal they did nothing so I had to contact my bank to get my 400 back Please do not order from that company not only that the lace doesn t melt good at all

Save your hard earned money and your time and don t buy from this company This company kept telling me over and over that my wig would be finished soon I got tired of waiting and I opened a dispute with PayPal This company then decides to provide a tracking number today however the wig is no longer needed any more this company thinks that just because they provide a tracking number and they want to send a wig now they think they re going to keep my hard earned 363 and it s not going to happen because once the Wig arrives to me I m going to refuse shipment and the wig will be going back to China and I will be getting a full refund Do you self a favor and don t order from this company

I have finally won my case against this merchant PayPal has ruled in my favor and I will be getting a refund Don t ever order from this company un less you want to go through the process of filing a dispute and waiting a minimum of 30 days for it to be resolved
