I have began with LYMA supplement this 14 september 2022 First month after with LYMA i find my stress and anxiety are down I find my brain fog go down too But i don t know if it s a placebo effect or if it s the effect of supplement capsule My goal of this supplement capsule is to increase my cognition and lower my stress level I

I found the lyma vitamins had made a difference in my health I notice that my skin and hair seems vibrant I have more energy so I believe the vitamins are much more effective then more vitamins i have tried in the past Thank you

I received the shipment rapidly I am impressed with the swift response However the box I received was dented and damaged It would be better to bubble wrap it so that consumer unboxing experience would not be compromised

I have taken the supplements for about 5 months My sleep patterns and brain fog have improved but so have my work patterns so may not be entirely down to the supplements I also use the laser so difficult to attribute skin benefits just to the supplements but my nails have improved - they grow faster and stronger The BIG surprise and delight is that my acid reflux has calmed after long periods of persistent issues and on and off use of omeprasole This may be down to the supplements as they may have calmed the inflammation I would be interested to hear from others who have had similar benefits for gastric issues because if it can be proven the supplements can help with this issue they have huge potential for chronic reflux I also use the laser every night and have definitely seen improvements in skin texture plumpness and fine lines I don t buy the spray or gel I use it with my own products I am committed to both the laser and supplements

My Lyma laser arrived fairly quickly but it was missing an accessory box which includes a charger pouch and cable The only way to contact Lyma is via e-mail and have found this very frustrating as there is no phone number to call I have e-mailed Lyma about it a few times and when I got a response back the issue was resolved quickly and professionally One star off for not having a phone number to call as it could have been resolved a lot quicker For the price of this beauty tool I except it to have phone number
