I bought both the Lyma vitamins and Lyma laser Honestly I found the vitamins beneficial I have more energy and my skin and Hair has been looking healthier as for the laser it has help my Rosacea i didn t buy the laser for wrinkles or lines but some sagging i don t feel it is helping with that issue I see more of facial fat loss is that normal

My laser arrived today and was missing serum and mist spray on backorder

My laser arrived today and was beautifully packaged But the serum starter kit was not in order evidently on backorder I will be much happier when complete set arrives so I can see if serum mist spray is all they say it is

Item arrived with key items missing from the box

The item arrived with the charger and cable missing We have sent 3 separate emails to the LYMA Concierge asking for the items to be sent but have not yet received a response or a suggested solution For the luxury price tag the customer service level and expedience isn t at a level I would expect Calling your customer services a concierge also tends to raise expectations rather than lower them I ll be happy to reconsider the star rating if we get a suitable response and end up with the full product we paid for The product is rechargeable so if it gets shipped without the charger and cable it makes it useless hence the rating This is a real shame because based on other reviews this does appear to be a great piece of kit Edit 1 missing items have been sent so have changed review rating from 1 to 3

I have had exactly the same problem as

I have had exactly the same problem as Tracey blood Sometimes I cannot unscrew the end to remove the battery to recharge other times I can but feel as though I could be damaging the laser as the insides feel at they are just going round and round inside Think there is a problem with the threading Been like this for over a year I really should have contacted lyma I guess Conclusion Not really the quality you would expect from an item costing this much

I will have to write another review at another time my LYMA was delayed twice and had to file special custom forms that were quite detailed I am still waiting for my mist and cream even though it was ordered at the same time The device is beautiful and customer service reaching out to me has been 5 stars I live in Hawaii so I have to be forgiving of shipping Sincerely suzy

I really want to try this supplement but I m reaching out to users of the product by saying do not give Lyma a 5 star review based on fast delivery and packaging We need to know if it actually works before you give it 5 stars I don t care about the way it looks I care about the way it s going to make me look Reviewers please You are essentially over rating a product based on its aesthetics before you know if it works and now I don t know whether to buy it or not Lyma marketing is impressive but actual users of the supplement need to wait til they have experienced the benefits and not just the pretty copper jar It seems crazy to me that this product is not being reviewed based on what it actually claims to do

When comes to online purchase experience it was positive When comes to effectiveness of the product it is too early to judge After one week of use I neither see any positive nor negative changes I guess I need longer time span of 2-3 months to judge its potentials

Great laser bad supplements

I own the laser and do find it s given visible results Do I think it s worth the price No I got it second hand So I thought I d give the supplements a go Big mistake Barely 1 5 days into taking them they d caused an IBS flare up Stopped and felt back to normal again Lyma reached out to say I d feel between after taking the supplements for 1-3 months and it would actually reduce my IBS It s pretty laughable considering your supplements CAUSED my IBS flare up As if I d spend more money on them and continue taking them experiencing constant pain and discomfort Great idea Seems they re only interested in making more money for themselves They should offer a 30 day return period if the product doesn t work causes digestive issues if they actually stood behind their product Disappointing

Intriguing innovative technology

Excellent kind knowledgeable and professional customer service The laser does seem to have effects particularly in expediting wound healing a bit I also notice a clear glow in my d collet area However after 5 months of 15 min daily use per location hyperpigmentation spots largely resulting from acne are still unaltered Keloid scars and fine lines also seem relatively unresponsive but maybe those take more than 5 months Note later added I just discovered that Lyma has placed only the positive parts of my review on their website That doesn t instill trust

3 months on and still seen no improvement on wrinkles

I was so excited to try the Lyma laser when it arrived in August and started treatment immediately spending at least 50 minutes a day on face for 3 months Sorry to say I can t see any improvement in wrinkles my face may feel a bit tauter definitely has not worked on the broken vein I have on side of nose very sad to say it s been a waste of money Feel robbed
