My laser never arrived no help

My laser never arrived Customer service took over 1 5 months with their claimed process without sending me my order or refunding me Not only has this been a terrible and stressful experience but I missed out on the 2 months before my 40th birthday that I wanted to benefit from the treatments I could have bought another product or had in office treatments but due to no refund I was left in limbo with an unempathetic customer service even after theft documentation was provided A life-long product customer has been lost

Thyrotoxicosis

After one month of taking LYMA I developed Thyrotoxicosis The team at St Mary s hospital told me to stop taking the supplement as the Ashgawanda in LYMA is known to cause thyroid problems I really hope this doesn t happen to anyone else It has been really unpleasant

It s a scam

It s a scam I m 38 years old and I tried it now for 3 5 months - every day and even for the maximum time required per surface area of the face and neck - 3 minutes Which took so much of my time the last months and for NOTHING I have two small children and I was driving them and my husband insane the last months walking around with the device all over the place and could only use one of my hands for them I hope someone sues LYMA soon

Absolute waste of money

Absolute waste of money Had high hopes and no results after daily use of one hour or more for 6 months I don t believe the before and after pics they use And there social media is just marketing images They don t show really results used by customers And now I believe it s because it does not work I brought the dermalux flex results within 2 weeks Also has all 3 lights not just NIR Save your money and don t trust a company that only usages influencers or celebrities and strong marketing We want real results on real people

Supplements - disappointed

This is the third month of taking the supplement and I am so disappointed I am a healthy active woman and I have always had high energy levels I run 10km daily and work full time Since taking the supplements my energy levels have diminished drastically I feel stressed and I also am feeling very sleepy during the day I also feel like I have a low grade skin allergy The initial instructions were to take two supplements twice a day and yesterday I received a mailing saying the optimum daily dose is to take all four at once I did so this morning and actually fell asleep while I was on a phone call a couple of hours afterwards I am locked in to a subscription but as soon as that is up I will be cancelling It s a shame as I am a fan of the lyma skin cream

The shipment sent to me required my personal drivers license scan This is crazy and I had to take time off work This could have been handled by my doorman I also hate the slowness of the laser applications No one has time for this Very disappointed

Very disappointed

I have it for almost one month using it everyday religiously Nothing is happening like nothing I even have more pigmentation from it on the upper lip if you choose the option of monthly payment they will charge you with full amount monthly amount so better to pay fully Lyma is very good with marketing I have been wanting it for so long because of their good reviews but I guess even if you pay a high amount it doesn t mean it s better

Problem after first use Scar and skin darker now

REPLY TO LYMA BELOW Despite what I have shared here that after using this device my skin and scar look distinctly darker than before using the laser you are saying it is not making my issue worse How dare you belittle the facts I have shared Not okay I used it per the manuals directives just once It should not be necessary to have a virtual consultation I followed your instructions and this my scar and skin around it is now dark after the first use ORIGINAL POST I just used the new Lyma on a scar as directed and now my scar is dark after the treatment Also the area around it is dark also This was not the case until I used it Why is this Now my skin looks worse than before with the normal skin colored scar LYMA please advise

I have tried it for several months now and I m still waiting to see any kind of results So far has not helped with very fine lines Very disappointing
