I ve been highly diligent with using the laser and my skin is the best it s ever looked It does require significantly prioritizing it so keep that in mind before you purchase it I use it each night after taking off my sunscreen and doing my skincare for 60-90 minutes on my entire face neck and hands while relaxing and watching things and minimizing the blue light from the screen using the software F lux So don t expect a miracle instant cure you need to use it properly Yet being consistent with it my skin is glowing and it just keeps getting even better It s that je ne sais quoi that gives you that extra shimmer throughout the day Bouncy healthy youthful skin that s worth the effort I already know I m a lifelong fan My only hiccup is that after a few months of use I had had a problem with the battery charger and the team helped me out wildly fast and shipped a replacement an extremely pleasant experience Wow Thank you Lyma team

I ve used Lyma supplements for years I took a break for a couple of months because I was given an alternative product to try However I noticed after a few weeks that I wasn t sleeping as well and my energy levels were lower Since I started taking them again about 3 weeks ago I ve noticed a huge difference in my sleep and my anxiety levels I intend to keep taking them and with the new subscription model it works out to be cheaper as well Best all round health supplement I ve used

I received the laser device less than a week ago and have been using it daily Obviously I cannot speak to its effects yet but I have used cold laser for physiotherapeutic reasons before and I know how extremely effective it can be and that is why I decided to get the LYMA for the cosmetic application I contacted CS yesterday for a routine user question and I got a reply within a few hours Excellent rapport and detailed response If the laser is as effective as the CS I will be extremely pleased
