Excellent minibus and company

This is the 2nd time we have bought a minibus from Jeremy at M4 Minibus - 10 years between visits - and once again we were delighted with the service received and the quality of the vehicle Our original family minibus has certainly seen some mileage from many happy holidays in Europe plus the usual daily life but it was time for a newer model We are based in South West Wales but it was definitely worth the trip to Swindon again for a replacement and we hope this minibus lasts as well as the last Jeremy made the whole process simple and made sure the Tourneo had a service even though it wasn t yet due plus a full valet before we took possession He helpfully transferred the ownership and filled in the Road Tax for us online we received the new V5C doc within days I can heartily recommend M4 Minibus

Brought a lovely a Iveco Daily from M4 van sales the service I received was impeccable and will certainly use again very helpful and stuck to there word re getting the van ready and with the extras added Lee the sales guy was very helpful highly recommended

Jeremy Goodman is helpful and honourable

Jeremy Goodman has to be one of the most honourable and helpful of van dealers He was very patient as he found me a 17 seater van to convert in to a campervan weighed it test drove it and had begun a spray paint on it He had my deposit of 5 000 It was at this point that I received a negative medical diagnosis that meant I could no longer be doing up a van this summer When I explained this I also said that I quite understood if he should need to keep a large proportion of the deposit for the work and respray he had already done and that I would accept his decision In the event he only kept the minimum spent and as you can imagine I was very relieved The money was back in my account within two days I can give him no higher praise and I hope I will be able to go back at a future date

We bought a 4-year-old school minibus

We bought a 4-year-old school minibus from M4 It was in excellent condition and completely serviced MOTd and valeted prior to handover Throughout the process Jeremy could not have been more helpful and the whole process was completely hassle-free and painless We are pleased with our minibus and will use M4 again

Cambelt problem

Almost 2 weeks ago on the way home from work the cambelt on my van I purchased from m4 van centre decided to go I contacted them straight away and even tho it was late Alan from the m4 service and mot centre called me to find out what the problem was As soon as the van arrived there Alan and his team started work straight away long story short it ended up being a top end engine rebuild cambelt camshaft valves pistons seals all had to be changed 9 days later and contact from Alan every day on progress the job was done and my van is running like a dream I would 100 recommend m4 service and mot centre to anyone they are very professional very friendly and very helpful I personally would like to say a massive thankyou to these lads
