STAY AWAY Vehicle was in the garage in the first week I was told my service history that the vehicle was advertised with would be sent to me for over a month only to be told it s not coming at all so I ve massively overpaid for my vehicle Customer service is nonexistent

Bought a car from them 2 weeks I had a problem took the car to them no faults apparently car is making a screeching noise as I start it up they advised me nothing to worry about I ve now booked it with the main dealer to see if there s anything worng I paid 12k for the car and now he s blocked me on WhatsApp because I keep messaging him I will advise what the main dealer says I would avoid this dealer at all cost as when he s got your money he s not interested at allZPLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST

NEVER AGAIN Appalling terrible experience Wish I had never parted with my money DON T FALL FOR THEIR 7 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE - they tried to charge me a spurious 149 admin fee for no good reason when I returned my vehicle 5 days after buying it They claimed it was in the Ts Cs - but that is completely false I hadn t damaged the car or driven it for more than 250 miles for which they can only charge 99 VAT - they were just trying it on DON T TRUST THESE PEOPLE

Absolutely shocking experience can t believe I let myself believe the lies coming out of samirs mouth if that s even his real name never buy a car from this company they do fake mots on site all cars are checked and prepared by there own garage and all work needed to be done doesn t get done you just get told it s all been done If you have any sense just walk away there are much better honest dealers around

AVOID AT ALL COST Brought a 16 000 car from this garage only to find blue smoke coming out of exhaust which they said they would repair Gave me a filthy smelling loan car which I did a check on to my horror it had no MOT or TAXGot the car back which I purchased only to find now the car is blowing even more blue smoke and now to add to it the engine is now rattling took the car back for a refund to cut a long story short We have had to chase this garage over and over being to no one available to issue a refund lost count of how many times I called them only to be told sorry that person is unable or we will call you back which they do not Absolutely horrendous it has taken 10 days and the threat ofaction to get money back SERIOUSLY AVOID THIS GARAGE FROM HELL

Awful awful place Sales staff are the worst types of people you ll have the pleasure to meet in your life Everything they say is as worthless as them telling you the car has been checked over Please read the reviews on here and go elsewhere for your car it s not worth the hassle and stress of having to deal with people who are utterly void of human decency They just don t care about leaving you out of pocket so long as they get their commission
