My 200 hr was just an amazing experience This completely change my lifestyle and mental All the teachers are very professional and well qualified All staff was very kind and helpful The room are good The food is good and personal I am trying to keep this kind of diet I recommend you guys to go for it I will definitely go back for another level namaste

I took the Sound Healing course as well as other yogic teachings such as Darshan Ayurveda Meditation and Pranayama All of my teachers were wise and beautiful souls The staff who keep the yoga school running were just as wise and beautiful They are always happy to help with any of my needs The food was nourishing Sattvic food prepared with love by the two kind men in the kitchen My room was clean and bright The little garden was well cared for I m so grateful to have been at this school with these humans for an entire month Thank you to everyone for the role you played in my Leveling Up journey in India
