Best YogaShala in Rishikesh

I m finishing the training here in a few days and that s for sure one of the best experience I had this year I feel that this month outside of the learning and the new things I m more connected to my body after a really long time I m also feeling really energized mentally a bit tired because it was really intense but it was really worth it though I have a lot of new idea about my own practice and also pranayama anatomy philosophy and meditation texts and concepts to look into to deepen what I ve started learning here The teachers are incredible really try to push you out of your comfort zone but always nicely though and really kind and fun I recommend YogaShala School to anyone who wants to improve their one practice or think about teaching one day

The teachers the accommodation the delishes food this was an experience of a lifetime I didnt have any experience with Yoga and was blown away with how patient and gentle the teachers all are I m very happy I picked this school in Rishikesh helpful right up to the last day Thanks so much guys and esp Rahul for the loan of the charger won t ever forget you guys Namaste

Highly recommend I completed the 200 hour YTT online and enjoyed every moment of it The videos are very informative with clear demonstrations on all the asanas You not only learn about the movement of yoga but the philosophy meditation kundalini and everything else that yoga entwines They also have an interactive yoga class every Sunday where you can ask any questions you have and get that face to face support from the teachers Unfortunately I work every Sunday so I was unable to attend however they post the recorded link for you to watch if you re unable to make it so that you don t miss out

I have only started Yoga 6 months ago when I decided to join this course and Yoga has lived in my heart ever since The teachers were lovely supportive and passionate and the course was well-organised and easy to navigate I will forever treasure the experience Vinyasa Yogashala has given me Thank you for such wonderful experience

Truly life enriching journey - highly recommend

I just completed the Online 300h YTTC with Ashish and his team It has been an incredible journey the material is of such high quality that it is very easy to follow along and complete the videos with good understanding without having to rewind or repeat but it is nice to have the option and be able to do everything at your own pace Very easy to use website and quick response rate My level of understanding for yoga has definitely grown a lot since the beginning of this programme and I am so grateful for this experience Highly recommend

A month before I came to Rishikesh I met a woman who had said that coming to India is a life changing experience And it s definitely how I can describe the time spent at Vinyasa Yogashala It s the place where you not only learn about asanas but about whole lifestyle that yoga is In 25 days you feel like you have a new home and new family on the other side of the world You learn how to breath and how to live in accordance with yourself and nature Vinyasa Yogashala along with its owners teachers staff and students will always stay in my heart which grew 10 times bigger here
