Was really pleased with my charm with my sisters ashes Looked at many sites and decided on this one Having never done anything like this before Nicky Memorial Jewellery kept me informed all the way through When I had a query they came back to me straight away They send all the packaging out to you to safely send your precious ashes to them Received it back really quickly in the time scale they said Would definitely recommend
