I ordered my son some new clothes from Mainline order number 12841336My order was left on the door step outside in full view to everyone when i opened my order one of the items were missing which i thought i would simply let just let them no and ill get a replacement To my shock they simply said tough we will not issue you a replacement or refund so I m now 80 out of pocket and still battling to get my money backThis company are crooks don t use them

Terrible Royal Mail have stolen and committed fraud saying the GPS tracker show at my house with a picture just of the parcel label and a scribble of a signature and this company are happy with that even though I was atWork and can prove it the company are not willing toHelp over 100 and now have to report toPolice It s absolutely shocking I will never recommend this company or buy anything from it again They he reviews on here are true DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Royal Mail committed fraud And Mainline supported them I had to report my stolen parcel to the police I was on CCTV 90 miles away and Royal Mail pretended I answered my door and refused to sign for the delivery so fraudulantly signed for it themselves and then there was no parcel I shopped with them for years and would have carried on thank god I only lost 168 00 some of their goods are worth 1000 imagine Royal Mail doing that on them Its too risky They support fraud shop elsewhere It s so bad I had to report them to the police and turn it into a criminal investigation just from ordering two items in nothing but good faith

I purchased a tracksuit from the store in Scarborough and when I get home tried it on it didn t suit me so put it straight back in packaging and sent back in the post as I m not from round there I returned the tracksuit back 3 days after purchasing still with the tags and receipt attached in original packaging to the store via Royal Mail it got redirected to there warehouse where a lady opened it and explained it will be sent straight back as it s been worn and dog hairs Total rubbish it then went from the warehouse to the store where the very rude and unhelpful staff explained the same that it smelled of washing powder and dog hairs this is complete lies it was not worn for no more than 2 minutes to try on and certainly around no pets just so they didn t have to exchange it I d advise everyone to not use this buisness there a complete bunch of con artists who rip off the public Strongly advise to stay away Especially the store itself all very rude

Mainline refuse to honour their price match policy when an item is discounted on another store What they do not seem to get is that regardless of the fact the item I have found cheaper is on sale its still cheaper than the price they are offering and so should honour the deal I have found pretty much all the gear I searched for on their site cheaper elsewhere and with free shipping using the internet explorer browser and using their shopping tool I Urge all customers who use this company to put pressure on them to ensure their prices are fair and not marked up higher than everywhere else

Surprised to come here and see mainline menswear with such a high score of 2 5 stars They have banned me for ordering and then returning too many items as they were not suitable before a recent holiday Laughable really as most items ordered were the same similar just in different sizes so I knew one would fit spent nearly 1000 on items I kept and returned the rest and got banned for not keeping any of the other items in different sizes which obviously didn t fit They are Jokers This company is JD Sports with lipstick on Zalando does everything they do and cheaper so spend your money there instead

Ordered two separate orders One arrived one was rearranged with Royal Mail to be delivered on a different day as I wouldn t be at home Royal Mail ignored this and said they had delivered my parcel When I got home the parcel wasn t with my preferred neighbour as provided to Royal Mail or elsewhere The delivery picture shows my closed front door and was signed for by my surname which is on the parcel so not hard to fake Mainline don t care about this as Royal Mail said it was delivered so that s the end of their investigation I ve used them in the past but I ll no longer use them nor recommend them as I ve lost over 150 I ve sent the other parcel for a refund so we shall see how that is dealt with

Clown robbers and con company that keeps both customers money and items they pretend to sell Bought pair of trouser and size was not as advertised Sent them back over ten days ago heard nothing Rung them today and was told the was a stain apparently on trousers never worn them as size not as advertised Despite that they never told me that they kept my money and the trousers apparently with stain not good enoug for me to get a refund but good enough for them apparently to con me into stealing my money and keep the item to sell on to someone else no one from them contacted me about this alleged issue and stain no nothing I had to choose it and a L the sudden the was a problem with the item not good enough problem apparently to keep it quiet from their end thought and keep my money and the alleged damaged trousers

Awful service spent over 500 in one order of Christmas gifts Package arrived 1 tracksuit missing Held off for a few days in case a separate delivery came Full payment taken no notification as to why our parcel was short of an item I had to call them for them to say Oh no we don t send things separately If it has not come it means it s now out of stock and we will refund you Why was I not notified why did I have to call to find out what s going on Why is the item still in stock on the website Will never buy from here Nor recommend this company No customer service skills at all Previously purchased many items On this occasion really appalled with the lack of communication Needs improvement
