Great item Well priced Given the price of postage a little slow

Only reviewing due to so much negativity I bought 4 items two t shirts a hoodie and pair of jeans The t shirts were huge although stated medium and the hoodie looked better in pictures than in reality With jeans I tend to wash a fresh pair straightaway but was not home when they arrived so my Mum washed them Ironed them and folded them up without me knowing Anyway I returned all items on 26th and were delivered back on 27th I had an email about the jeans having an odour and asked my Mum if she washed them to which she said yes so I was honest and not granted a refund as this is unfair on the next customer to purchase the jeans The other three items were refunded in full by the 30th and the customer service agents were helpful and quick to reply through email or livechat Basically if you try to pull a fast one they will catch you out and rightly so Guaranteed those leaving negatives definetly worn the items they tried to return and have got in a huff when they have been rebuffed If you receive an item try it on and it s not for you they will happily refund However they have thorough quality control and a garment worn even once they will have your collar felt

Ordered on and off over the years Returns have been easy Sale pricing is good Normally only buy jeans from them The only ERK I have had is with the couriers they use My favourite was the photo of a parcel delivery on a doorstep that was not mine and the parcel on the path American newspaper delivery style When I complained I was told it was not there issue I stressed that they are responsible for all the courier and my goods until received I then had a lecture from a young man via email that was utterly self absorbed and laughable They sent my review on their site for arbitration Excuse me is this a retail company or marriage guidance Just admit your courier is useless and you got it wrong So only use the sales and if I want a big ticket item I use Selfridges John Lewis or house of Fraser Customer focused no hassle Sad really as all they had to do was treat me with respect and value Just a quick update Asked to provide proof of purchase and contact details Just in case I am making stuff up 52 years of age not really my style chaps Sent details and as ever it s all gone quite over there Do they ever respond to us

Good selection of clothes but never im my sizes Size medium sometimes large every bit of clobber I want never In my sizes

The website needs to change their lacoste sizes as they put 5 as a XL 5 is an L I own two lacoste items that are an XL and they re a 6

on the fence at the moment with mainline sent a pair of jeans back that had never been worn and labels still attached they say the deliver note smells of aftershave that has transferred to the jeans very bizarre but will give them the benefit of the doubt at the moment to see if I get a exchange if aspires that the exchange doesn t happen then I will take the jeans and have them independently checked for the aftershave I use and YES at my cost and if that runs to thousand s then fine as I will not just get the ombudsman involved but will take to small claims court fortunately I am in a position to fight this at whatever the cost will keep you posted I do hope mainline honours the returns policy

Bought a Nobis parker in the sale and then bought a Nobis bomber jacket last week so all in all just short of 1K spent When I bought the bomber jacket I noticed the parker had been further reduced by 150 00 I have just spoke with Ella at mainline Menswear to see if they would do anything further on the price of the parker - they refused stating that it was not company policy Company policy you aren t a multi-national retailer Mainline I would have expected you to exercise a bit more of a commercial approach and make a gesture which didn t involve metaphorical fingers VERY DISAPPOINTED - back to my usual shops then your loss not mine

Re my second order was told my item wouldn t be reduced soon after purchasing Guess what it was when I paid Good Money pretty Sneaky not v Professional there having to consider future Custom now

Would of got 5 stars if delivery wasn t atleast 3 50 I know it s not much but it sure feels like it when it s only something at 15 you re buying or free delivery if you spend 150 rip off
