Very happy with order

I placed an order it arrived on time in tact exactly as expected I am pleased with service goods After I placed my order checked reviews here I had started to worry there would be a problem but there wasn t one Would order again from Mainline Menswear

I was initially nervous about ordering from here given the reviews but the item I wanted was in the sale so I went for it I needn t have worried I needed to return the item a Balr sweatshirt as it was too large The return and exchange was dealt with swiftly and with a minimum of fuss There was good communication throughout and I am now a very pleased customer

So this is an update on my previous review of 5 scroll down to read it I placed probably my 6th order all have been perfect and unfortunately missed the delivery and my parcel was sent back one telephone call and 5 days later I received a full refund I have always had a great experience with this company and don t understand all the negative reviews P s my dad doesn t own the company nor do I work for them just an honest review on my personal experience

Very Happy Always fast delivery I read about fake item As I was scared that I paid for fake I contacted HQ of Hugo Boss They confirmed that Mainline is authorised reseller So please check before writing untrue I would sue if I was them for spreading lies I m happy with this company

Bought a sweatshirt that I didn t like when it arrived Came here to look at reviews and after reading some thought I might have a problem returning it Not at all returned item via Royal Mail tracking and was issued a refund the day after they received it back Money was back in my account the day after Called customer service once during this time and they were very helpful

I have never had a bad experience with mainline menswear I bought a paul Smith t shirt which was a medium it was way to big I sent it back had to pay to send it back like you do no big issue with that got a refund in a few days For me a great company keep up the good work jk
