LIARS Thefts The below is mainline accepting I didn t get my delivery but after 7 weeks of chasing they say Royal Main have delivered to my home address - picture isn t my house no POD but I m expected to be 80 00 out of pocket Asked for a call from someone senior not interested looking at the reviews I m not the only one being conned which I can see if not far from yourself If you wish to speak to them to see if you can retrieve your parcel quicker you are more than welcome to do so We would recommend if you do to let ourselves know

Poor quality would not refund until I got bank involved

I purchased some North Face slippers from Mainline Within two days they were falling apart I sent them back to Mainline who said they would not refund me and it was down to my wear and tear and that they would have to go for an inspection To cut a very long story short they refused to refund me until I got my bank involved who recuperated my money back nearly 6 months later Would not use them again

Very Poor customer service

Bought my husband a Boss shirt for Christmas on 29th October 2023 Opened on Christmas Day to small I wanted to exchange for a bigger size There returns date was 31st Oct They would not exchange for the difference of 2 days So now stuck with a shirt that is too small for 2 days Customer service very poor

THEY DO NOT REFUND UNDERWEAR

BE AWARE FOLKS I spent 40 on a box of PAUL SMITH boxers and these charlatans do not refund underwear even though they have been just looked at and not even tried on That should be in large letters when u order Stay away

Terrible service

I ordered an item of clothing upon inspection discovered that it had a split in the side I called their customer services only to be told that they would send me an e-mail which I had to reply to enclose a photo of the faulty item as if I was lying Then I had to wait two days for instructions to return the item then wait for a replacement item to arrive by which time I had missed two opportunities to wear the item that I wanted it for A terrible service

Do not buy from these con artists

Do not buy from these con artists On two occasions claiming the item I returned smells of Aftershave on the first occasion they refunded me the item Second occasion no refund I can catagorically tell you on both occasions there was no smell of aftershave Steer clear of these rip off merchants Look at all the other reviews hardly anybody has a good word to say about them

Don t trust these people

Don t trust these people They ve twice sent me incorrect sized items which they wouldn t not return refund Their argument was that as a uk company they used uk sizes This makes no sense as their website publishes international sizing - uk us eu equivalents Their customer service employees were morons and their managers were no better Didn t understand the concept of universal sizes equivalents Their solution was to ask me to send back my items from Australia to the UK - at my cost - so they could assess my refund claim The concept of the customer is always right does not exist with these scammers Do NOT USE

Refused return of faulty item

I bought a hoodie a month before Christmas I opened it Christmas day to find a stain on the back Sent them pictures of it and asked for an exchange They refused to exchange the item saying no tags on it and refused to give a refund claiming that they had CCTV footage of the item leaving the warehouse with tags on Sounds a bit suspicious It came out of the packaging like that so it s probably a return faulty item anyway Having to now get the credit card company involved as you are entitled to a refund of faulty goods within 30 days by law Used them for years in store and online never again Very poor customer service

Never trust this company they use Royal Mail as courier the driver dumped the parcel at the back of my building by the road I never got the goods and they refuse to refund me Bunch of scammers

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY My wife ordered Christmas presents from this website The courier left the parcel outside out building and we never received it The picture proving the delivery was clearly outside the building and the courier have signed on behalf of my wife Once we have contacted Mainline they said there is nothing they can do they have pretended to open an investigation with the courier but have not taken responsibility for the lost stolen goods Customer service non existent DO NOT buy from them the poor rating tells it all
