I ordered a pair of shoes that were labelled 10 44 I had another pair of similar shoes in a 44 and knew this was my size The size 9 43 I knew would be too small The website clearly advertised the shoes as a 10 44 However when they arrived they were a 10 44 2 3 which unfortunately was too large After a long and unfruitful discussion with the company where I was told it was totally my fault because I got what I ordered and they couldn t possibly put partial sizes on their website even though the website says they are a 44 they would not pay for the return cost Their website is misleading from a shoe size perspective I cannot comment on other items The shoes arrived quickly and I have a refund minus the Euro 60 it cost to send them back from NL So not a great outcome and I think misleading customer service I would be reluctant to buy from them again

Had a few orders from these Spent alot of money I work away ordered while away got back tried em on Some clothes were a bit suss didn t look feel right Sent them back for refund no refund as it has to be returned within 14 days Pretty poor i did email for mitigating circumstances and was told no Pretty sad state of affairs for a decent customer that will no longer buy from them A pretty sad act to be honest I d stay away if i were you plenty of other premium places out there that values customers

Ordered an item and it was too big so I sent it back for an exchange for a smaller item There site states exchanges there is no charge for exchanges but if you return an item and you re not exchanging you get 3 99 deducted from the refund So I m exchanging but I got sent an invoice for 3 99 even though they state there isn t a charge on their site Don t think I ll be ordering from them again

The order and delivery went smoothly It was my first time ordering and I was very happy to start However I opted out of marketing via all channels but they do not respect your privacy and misuse their data to spam you via email and text despite opting out I emailed asking to be removed and did not receive any explanation as to why they ignored my privacy request or any apology Not confident they will handle my data correctly in future so won t be using again Update 04 08 23 it has taken them 6 months to respond and they are now trying to remove my review claiming it is not genuine I can assure you this is my genuine experience and I have submitted my proof of purchase to Trust pilot I trust they will verify my review and it will be kept online

I bought one pair of jeans for a Total of 93 incl postage Got a great product delivered and fast shipping Unfortunately the jeans didn t fit so I contacted Costumer Service where we agreed for me to return them to the store So far so good Apparently I didn t qualify for a refund but got a gift certificate instead The problem is that I have paid 70 for taxes and the refund postage - now I have to spend another 70 to buy a new product and use the gift certificate - NOT a great solution for the costumer me 2

Good quality product at a reason price but unfortunately stung by delivery and return costs I feel they need to review their current set up in line with industry leaders I don t expect to pay a total of 7 50 for delivery trying an item on and then returning Nothing for my money besides a fairly standard delivery return service where infact I d have been better off paying more for the item elsewhere and returning for free The reason for return was the items shade of colour which is very difficult to gauge when viewing a product online

I ordered a multipack 3xBoss Crew neck t-shirts The quality is suspect and that was confirmed after two of them were washed Both washed at 30c but both shrank quite considerably They went from a comfy fit on me XXL to just about right for my adult son Medium I wanted to leave a review for the T-shirts on the MM website but I can t see a way of doing that even though I m logged in and I can read other peoples reviews for them makes me think they re fake reviews on the plus side - I did have another t-shirt in the same order which was too small and they refunded that quickly It s up to you but I wouldn t throw good money after bad

Very poor quality of so called brand name items paying 89 for a BOSS hoodie which turns out to be thin inferior material compared to usual BOSS named items When I complained customer services said I can send back as long as labels were on and not worn This and another item were Xmas presents im not returning them labels off so cannot oblige very disappointed and feel I ve paid well over the top No more buying from Mainline online shopping is unpredictable and stressful

They have a decent selection of items but refused to give a refund after reducing the price not long after I made the purchase I ve spent a decent amount with them Thought it was pretty tight

I used to like Mainline but started to see the greed the returns process costs and this years Black Friday sale is a joke everything is waaaayyyy more expensive I m not talking cost of living but more like pure greed of 40 Boss jumpers that were always 90-100 are now suddenly at 180 and reduced to 140 and such Just a blag CBA with these guys anymore
