ordered to top 1 meduim nike hoodie 1 lacoste meduim as well lacoste was 90 quid good quality perfect fit Nike was 49 a very poor copy and i had the same Nike top from an instore shop quality was night and day no nike prints on draw strings and the zips are a massive give away for copies no letters on zips which if you did not know should be dnk also Nike was not same size of medium as store zipper must have been XL but M on label to be honest thought would fit my brother so i threw out invoice and nike going to charity shop

I had a great experience with one of your staff Alexandra who was very helpful and professional however two of your staff were quite the opposite and tried to blame me for the problem I would give Alexandra 5 stars but the other other two would get none

I ordered 3 things one came in as large but should have been extra large I sold the pants online and broke even and bought new ones from the same site that were better and correct size I believe this a legitemate company that can be trusted Maybe just make sure they picked you the correct sizes

No issues ordering and shipping was prompt but my shoes were not double boxed they were just packaged in a mailing bag with some bubble wrap thrown in and the shoebox arrived ripped and crushed Fortunately they weren t expensive shoes but I would like to see better packaging in future the state of the box was unacceptable

I have never shopped from here and I see the reviews Saying they returned the products without receiving what they wanted I have never sent my clothes shoes back as the clothes I buy usually fit me but my question is would I have problems receiving the correct products from the company and how long does it usually take to arrive

The product descriptions are someone generous on some of the items I ordered a paid of Ralph Lauren Joggers but what was delivered and it was the correct item was Ralp Lauren sleepwear So know the product because they sell a lot of sleep wear and loungewear posh sleep wear but claim it is a long sleeve jumper or joggers

Normally can t say anything bad about this company but a Xmas gift has gone missing by carrier and I am in limbo whilst investigation taking place I will be one Xmas gift down until resolved Otherwise they are a good company

To not refund the postage when returning an item is poor - to then also charge to return the item is shocking Just ordered returned a shirt and have been charged 7 50 for the privilege Updated following refund of initial postage from Mainline Menswear Turns out that was a mistake on their part and normally they would still refund this

Poor quality goods sent out with an Armani quality label We returned some shorts as the stitching was bad on front of groin area and waistband at back I followed their process which is stated online to email sales the evidence to get a rude response back saying email the returns team and didn t even give me an email address I managed to eventually get my email and photo the returns team who said use a Royalmail label and they ensure I get a full refund and not charged for it They are liars they deducted the 3 99 and I called them as they said what we say is bad stitching is the machinist going back over the stitching to make it strong so they will remain not refunding me in full They also tried to tell me my photos I shared were of grey short not black ones I bought so called came a liar I cannot say how astounded I was it was like saying what you sent a photo of wasn t what you sent back They are selling stock to others who have returned the faulty and someone will end up with those shorts if they are not careful Also after I made a purchase and declined to go on their mailing list the following day they started spamming me avoid avoid avoid Purchase order 9007240 for when you try to deny this claim Mainline Menswear11 5 22 Update as the Mainline team read review they investigated and now refunded me the returns cost great and thank you but I was asked nicely to remove review but I can t be bribed so I changed title and increased to 3 I personally wouldn t shop with them again in a hurry still

Order just a little shy of 300 really liked the clothes I received good quality however didn t receive my full order which was I was a little bit unhappy about contacted customer service for them to advise me that I cannot help me and I need to contact Royal mail direct so basically just passing the blame very poor customer service to say the least I will not be using this online store again they did not even apologise would not recommend purchasing from this online store
