Scam or terrible customer support

I made a purchase around 14 days ago The website claims that they have 48h tracked shipping with UPS Everything looked fine for a while my package was out for a delivery until I suddenly recieved a message that my package was returned to the sender It has been a week since then They are not answering emails nor answering on social media such as Instagram or TikTok which I have repeatedly attempted to contact them on I fear I made a mistake purchasing on this website

Customer service does not exists

I ordered a mystery box including 1x t-shirt 1x long sleeve and 1x hoodie I received the package and to my surprise they sent 3x the exact same print which for me doesn t make any sense Why would I need the same print three times to my own wardrobe Anyways i live in Switzerland and already paid 50 euros for the delivery I didnt want to loose any more money so i wrote to them very kindly on instagram and by mail if there s anything they can do to help me send it back for free get a discount next time etc ANYTHING AT ALL No answer Seems like there s no customer service available at all Now im stuck with all this stuff and don t know what to do Wont be purchasing from them again

I orderd a year ago after two months i wrote them an email and on instagram nobody ansewerd I did spend over 100 dollars and nothing cameIm verry dissapointed in this brand

Ordered awhile ago I had talked to someone through the ordering process on instagram as they was address issues and I had ordered as soon as they fixed it and it was refunded and when I asked why I was ghosted completely

I ve ordered from Maison Rapito several times as I love their branding and items I ve noticed that the last 2 times the UPS shipping that was usually 48h was not anymore though price remained the same and is pretty expensive I personally don t mind but that would be the point where I can see some improvement being made ex having a free shipping option or a less costly that takes more time Otherwise nothing to say Quality of the tank tops is average but the prints are gorgeous Will definitely order again

Really love their products Shipping to Germany was fast and easy and the quality of the shirts is amazing I will definitely buy from them again
