It s unfortunate that giving zero or negative stars is not an option This company is nothing but a big scam operation I too have fallen victim to their false advertising claim that if you ordered before a certain date and paid extra they would guarantee your order to arrive by Valentine s Day- which has now came and went Zero response from any of my emails or messages on their Facebook page and it looks like they delete any negative comments on their posts Do yourself a favor and do NOT give this company any of your hard earned money you re better off handing cash to a stranger on the street

If I could give negative stars I would I placed an order on February 5th and STILL haven t received an order on March 29th I have emailed the customer support email at least 5 times with no response So after several unsuccessful attempts at contacting them I filed a dispute with my bank for the charge and today I get an email from the company asking me to cancel the dispute because they re going to send the order out soon What the f

Have not received package ordered 2 weeks before valentines days paid for quick shipping have not heard back from support at all Have sent them at least 10 emails A lawsuit is coming their way from reading all these reviews I guarantee they are holding at least 250K of peoples money Ridiculous Must be democratically owned

Do not waste your time and money supporting this terrible company After being charged for my order and waiting weeks we have yet to receive our package Tracking shows it has not even been shipped I ve written several emails requesting an update and refund yet no one from this company has responded I wish I had read the reviews about this company prior to placing my order

FALSE ADVERTISING NO COMMUNICATION SHADY COMPANY

Ordered something for Valentine s Day with VIP order processing in the hopes that it will arrive on time Two days later they managed to send a tracking number great And then nothing The USPS is still awaiting item at this time they have not responded to ANY e-mails comments or messages on their social media Instagram They have deleted hidden comments from unsatisfied customers who have not gotten their packages or wanted updates FALSE ADVERTISING CRAPPY COMMUNICATION AND SHADY COMPANY

horrible ordered this year for valentines day about 2 weeks before valebtines day did a VALENTINES DAY special where the price would be lowered and it would be guaranteed delivery before the holiday it was almost 40 dollars for a card with pink confetti and it arrived almost a week late and the pictures ripped open immediately upon opening the envelope trash

I want someone to contact me now I am now assuming this site is scamming people out of their money and will begin working on getting into contact with those who regulate businesses such as this one and their false promises along with no refund policies in which are void if they fail to hold up their end of the contract They steal money and then drop all contact Step up and send people including myself our paid items or refund the money

Company just doesnt care

Another update still waiting ordered mine Jan 12 it s now march 3rd screw this company Started a dispute with my card company Update still haven t gotten it Ordered my wifes birthday card with express shipping etc they sent me tracking over 10 days ago and it still hasnt moved customer service just keeps saying they will contact the warehouse and I never hear anything back So now i didnt get the card for her birthday and it still isnt even on the way or anything

I am filing a complaint with the California Attorney General s Office You cannot stand behind a no refund policy if someone has yet to get their product You could have avoided any of this with shipping out customers orders or even refunding our money None of you should be running a business

I ordered my pop box on 1 21 23 thinking thats plenty of time before Valentines day to receive or at least almost it is now 5 5 23 still have not received it never even received a shipping notification only a preparing your order and they still had the AUDACITY to ask me to rate my experience i ve sent an email 3 times haven t received a response i am never ordering here again i wish i found this website trustpilot before i ordered
