On Feb 5th I placed an order for Valentine s day gift box The company flooded social media with advertisements for its product I decided to order a female gift box A total of 28 days went by before receiving the product They failed to deliver by Feb 14th it was promised to be delivered by that day Once they realized they had way too many orders they stopped guaranteeing delivery by the 14th but only after my order was placed I reached out for a status update and they took longer than their 48-72 hour time frame Then I requested a cancellation since I didn t hear back Magically the order went into production As per their cancellation refund policy they don t offer one because products normally go into production right after they re placed This wasn t the case since they were overwhelmed with orders Then I received an email saying they couldn t cancel and that the item was in production and all sales are final I then asked for a discount for the delay no response Then the tracking information was sent only to find out the item hadn t left the facility Once I received the item 28 days later it wasn t exactly as they described on their website They did the bait and switch technique and blamed it on supply chain issues I care more about not getting the same amount of items close to what was described I received 16 of the 20 shown I understand products may vary due to supply but to get a box that looked like they scrapped together less non-attractive items quickly made me feel it was On Feb 5th I placed an order for Valentine s day gift box on Make it Mines website The company flooded social media with advertisements for its product I decided to order a female gift box A total of 28 days went by before receiving the product They failed to deliver by Feb 14th as promised to be delivered by that day Once they realized they had way too many orders they stopped guaranteeing delivery by the 14th but only after my order was placed and in production I reached out for a status update and they took longer than their 48-72 hour time frame Then I requested a cancellation since I didn t hear back Magically the order went into production As per their cancellation refund policy they don t offer one because products normally go into production right after they re place This wasn t the case since they were overwhelmed with orders Then I received an email saying they couldn t cancel and that the item was in production all sales are final I then asked for a discount for the delay no response Then the tracking information was sent only to find out the item hadn t left the facility Once I received the item 28 days later close to March 1st the box was filled with missing items and different products It wasn t exactly as they described on their website They did the bait and switch technique and blamed it on supply chain issues I care more about not getting the same amount of items close to what was described I received 16 of the 20 shown I understand products may vary due to supply but to get a box that looked like they scrapped together with less non attractive items that quickly made me feel it was false advertisement For example they had candles in the photo and I received no candles Their refund policy specifically states non perishable items are non returnable which is a large portion of the box Then they want me to ship 4 of those non perishable items back and I should pay for shipping which isn t worth the items being sent back only to receive a partial refund minus two shipping charge s Overall this is a bad business model that s ripping customers off along with lack of customer service It s not the consumers fault their short staffed and short supplied Them not responding to my emails after I raise concerns is alarming I can see there are other consumers that are in the same situation From their F rating on the BBB bad reviews on trust pilot and their bad comments on their own social media platforms They eventually started responding to my emails and offered another box I declined The surprise was already ruined and my girlfriend hasn t even touched the original box since the day it was delivered They pretended that an apology was enough They offered no discount or refund Finally towards the end they offered a 5 refund which was pathetic to be honest They sent me a piece of chocolate from Christmas in a Valentine s Day gift They made excuse after excuse and thought I would eventually get tired and give up on the charge There is an alarming amount of customer complaints and a lot of unhappy customers This business is over promising and under delivering and when you voice your concerns they don t take care of their customers I feel a bait and switch method is being used

My personal opinion about this business is simply that you deserve better Don t waste your money on a business that doesn t value you as a consumer They spend a lot of money on social media advertisements but failed to invest in customer service training or staffing On Feb 5th I placed an order for their custom pop-up card along with a female gift box They guaranteed me delivery by Valentine s Day Once they realized their demand skyrocketed they posted a disclaimer on their social media website that they could no longer fill orders by Feb 14th and that products would be delayed I figured since my order was already in before that disclaimer I shouldn t have a problem That wasn t the case On Feb 16th I reached out for an update and I saw another disclaimer that email volume was high and that I ll get a response back in 48-72 hours Magically the order went into production shortly after I sent my cancellation email and then they finally answered me back nine days later They offered an apology along with an explanation that they couldn t cancel or refund it since it went into production Their refund policy states custom orders can t be canceled because they go into production immediately after being placed This wasn t the case at all since it took a while to go into production They offered a tracking number but the package wasn t picked up or scanned for a few more days Once I finally received the item 28 days later at the beginning of March I asked my partner to show me what they sent her They shorted her some of the items that they advertised online I picked the gift box as an add-up up-sell specifically for the items that came with it The card was made very well but the products that came with it didn t live up to the hype They print pictures onto two cubes along with a message The card is made to explode with confetti for a nice surprise The cubes are separate from the gift box you ll notice the difference I believe I counted 16 items vs the 20 I was supposed to receive The bummer was the substitution of the chocolate and no candles Almost like they ran out of product and just threw this together as a last-minute ditch effort so they didn t cancel the order on me To this day still no response on my follow-up email for a discount and or a return refund after I received my box and noticed how crappy it went together I acknowledge two stars because the idea was cool and the cubes were nice but I don t see it going any more than two stars There is a reason why the business has an F rating on the better business bureau website and other customers are experiencing similar issues with production delivery times Everything I mentioned here is 100 accurate to the best of my ability and this review is my opinion based on my experience and not to be translated as factual

Cute idea A little pricey but whatever I got a box with snacks and cards Which by the way jumped out of the envelope but nothing close to what was advertised Oh well But just like everyone else I ordered from an ad that said guaranteed delivery by Valentine s Day It was a week before Valentine s and we finally received the box yesterday I have already fallen into the trap of Instagram ads once so I already accepted that it was a scam and my money was just wasted Turns out the company is real just way too unprepared to be in business

They lied about the time I paid the extra 10 dollars for no reason This is a trash experience That s why small business have a bad name

Items arrived after Mothers Day when item was ordered almost a month prior

When I placed my order it stated that it should have been here by now today is Valentine s Day and the order is still unfulfilled

I placed my order 19 days ago and my order has still yet to ship I ordered nearly a month in advance of Valentines day because this was meant to be a sweet fun Valentines day card for my Fianc s 9 year old daughter to make her laugh and feel special and included on our first valentines day as a family I also have emailed the company twice over the last two weeks and i can t even get a response I keep holding out hope it will make it to them in time but the fact it still hasnt shipped makes it seem like there is no way it will ship in time If you read this will you please get this delivered ASAP I feel like she will be let down now and that hurts

I got my package before February 14 as I wanted my wife opens up and I don t know who these people are on the pictures It was the wrong box what s the wrong people is the wrong message to somewhere pictures of me and my kids for my wife are out there I have no clue where this is ridiculous

We removed the card completely and it never popped out until we shook it not happy with it Pictures were great

The only reason this is getting a 2 star review is because when it eventually showed up my wife loved it I placed my order almost 4 weeks before Valentines Day and it showed up over a week late The best part is that I tried reaching out to them a week before Valentines Day I tried reaching out via email Facebook messenger Facebook Comments Instagram Messenger and TikTok I received two automated emails back several days after sending my emails that s it Their website said that the best way to contact them was via the chat on their website during their business hours The chat never worked no matter what time I tried to use it When it finally did come some of the pictures on the cube were discolored when compared to the originals that were uploaded my kids looked like they were wearing self tanner ORDER 336892
