I visited the shop personally in Reddish today with an electrical fault on my Sebo X4 The staff couldn t have been more helpful They replaced the power chord with a longer heavy duty cable They carried out the replacement while I waited and because I had travelled so far they did not charge me for their Labour Excellent service I recommend that you visit the shop if it is within a reasonable travel distance and check out the vast array of vacuums on display backed up by a knowledgeable staff to advise you Thanks for your service and attention todayJohn Ingham

Super speedy response and fantastic customer experience

Tried to have my Sebo fixed locally but with no success and had been relying on my cordless vacuum for weeks I desperately wanted my Sebo fixing for Christmas but not confident we would have time We took a trip to Manchester Vacs on Tuesday 17th December and picked it up all fixed and back to full working order on Saturday 21st December Lovely people and fantastic service They have all you need too like replacement bags etc It s well worth a trip we live a good 45 minutes away but wouldn t hesitate to return Thank you Manchester Vacs
