Horrible experience
Horrible experience I subscribed to an annual subscription for Disney magazine1 Every month had to send mails asking them to dispatch the magazine Only then it would come to me 2 Went on for 6 months and then thsy said they discontinued3 Had to follow up with at least 10-15 mails asking for the rest 6 subsciptions refund4 And after 2 months of follow up - I get only Rs 150 instead of 600 and no reasoning5 they dont respond to mails After 2-3 follow ups if the muhurtam is good they may respond
