Waste of money and poor quality Bought 2 ear piercings for my birthday that were not that cheap 600 in total to loose one of them twice in less than one year Contacted customer service who told me to check with my insurance They don t care about the bad quality of their product so disgusted and will not recommend spending a cent with them

Returns denied since they throw away returned jewelry

I returned two earrings within their 30 days They are refusing the return because they state that they were worn I explained to them that they weren t worn They have smudges on the shiny gold from touching them Maria Tash then told me that they can t be tried on I pointed out to them that it doesn t state that in their return policy They then backtracked again and stated that they can be tried on but not inserted into the piercing not sure how that s possible Not sure why they are refusing my return since they stated in their response to me that all returned jewelry is discarded when I questioned them on why they don t ship the earrings in sterile sealed pouches What No wonder why they make up nonsense to get around accepting back a return

I have 2 MT piercings in my ear

I have 2 MT piercings in my ear Both were put on at the Store by the piercer upon purchase in January The piercing I have in my tragus floating pear diamond threaded charm earring has randomly fallen out 3 times Luckily once was while sleeping and found it among my sheets The second time I was lucky to find it on the floor the stud is gorgeous and shone off the black tile I never manipulate my piercings or touch my ear They have fallen off due to natural use I am extremely upset especially considering the price and promised quality Now it is the third time it fell out and unfortunately is lost to me Only the back of the piercing is still on my ear

Maria Tash Don t buy there

I have bought several of their fine earrings which are extremely expensive However to my disappointment almost all of them fell off Thousands of dollars gone when I contacted them to let them know they did nothing about it Don t buy there At least if you don t want to waste all the money you saved up

I had a bad experience dealing with the customer service

I had a bad experience dealing with Maria Tash Lost a very expensive nose piercing once after a few months of buying it and luckily saw it on time Went to their shop and they fixed it I asked if it might happen again and without much interest the piercing person replied no Then less than a year about purchase I lose the diamond part again but did not see it on time I reached out to them but they did not care Never again buying such expensive jewelry with low quality

Lacking in quality

I purchased a solid gold navel piercing in 2020 and have left it in ever since I have periodically checked on it to ensure it remains tightened The other day it fell out at the gym By some miracle I found it Then it fell out 2 more times I found it and then my cleaner found it the third time Upon inspection I realized that the threads had somehow warped and loosened within 2 short years in my navel I will be sending it for repair but the fact that the piece seems so poorly made for the price is very troubling I ve been hard core contemplating getting the floating pear for my ear but after reading these reviews about the quality and poor customer service plus my own experience with quality I m going to look elsewhere

Luxury pricing shoddy quality

Sadly same experience as everyone else The fastening isn t secure Had mine repaired twice the third time they replaced the whole earring Last time it fell out of its own accord thanks to shoddy fastening and it literally fell down the drain Maria Tash kindly offered a ten per cent reduction on another 300 pound earring after my last 300 quid is literally down the drain Stay well away guys If you wanna replace your jewellery every six months shop on Etsy Maria Tash are just expensive cowboys EDITThanks for reply I never lost the frontal part of the earring Check your records again and come back to me

Ordered an item online

Ordered an item online - the receipt that came with the parcel clearly stated that it was returnable in store I was turned away once I brought the item to the store and then later denied a return when trying to do it via email because by then it was past the deadline Wasted my time going all the way out to the store even though I should ve been able to return it then within a week of the delivery date Completely disappointed

Worse quality

Unfortunately I have to report that the piercing was completely lost and I cannot explain it The other 8 Maria Tash piercings stud earrings 2 Pukka Berlin piercings and 1 PD Paola piercing are absolutely in order and properly screwed There is no injury in at the ear the neighbour piercings Helix and Innerconch 0 5-1 cm away are also inconspicuous and I don t remember any painful pulling on the ear The only solution appears to be a problem with the material or workmanship which is nt acceptable in this price segment
