DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE They arrived an hour and a half late only calling half an hour after the appointment time to notify me they were going to be late they said they would be a further 40mins but they were STILL later than this and I had to call up to chase them I was quoted 180 for a pair of curtains to be cleaned to then be told when they finally arrived that for stain removal it was an EXTRA 40 After the service one stain was not able to be removed anyway it turns out it was 40 PER CURTAIN This was NOT clearly explained to me as I would not agreed to have paid an extra 80 I ended up paying 260 and one curtain is not even fully void of stains I called to make a complaint before I wrote a review to give them the chance to rectify and the employee I spoke to did not even apologize and sounded pretty disinterested DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE it is a complete rip off unprofessional and unreliable

Booking for 8 30am called to say they would be there for 9 arrived 9 10am Was then told price would be more than the quote provided over the phone in which I had specified the size of the curtains Spent all of 20minutes cleaning very large curtains water cleaning fluid left all over my laminate floor boards

Excellent cleaning
Due to their excellent cleaning my curtains can become beautiful again and thus professional cleaning at reasonable prices I would advise them to adopt services for cleaning the curtains
