Mason Wright were one of the companies who delivered a quote via an online portal Local Building Surveyors Three of those who quoted rang me up It was only Mason Wright who increased the quote saying that after looking at the house for sale online it had been extended and therefore needed to be increased The other two who rang held their quote after asking about the house I had checked the reviews of MW on their site and sure enough quote issues surfaced So I rang them told them about this pattern of behaviour and declined Since they record all calls for Training and Quality purposes they can use it going forward

I have used Mason Wright Associates a few times now and they provide a high level service Their reports are very comprehensive and include photographs Would highly recommend them

Great experience
I recently instructed Mason Wright to carry out a RICS home survey on my first home purchase From start to finish they were professional and informative They explained the process and made it really easy and quick to arrange I called the office once I had received my report for some further guidance I completed my aftercare form and the surveyor called me the next day to answer my questions I would highly recommend this company

Highly recommended
I have just purchased my first home and found Mason Wright Associates a local surveyors in my area From start to finish they were professional the communication from them was superb They answered all my questions and made the process really easy I received my report as promised after 5 working days The report was very comprehensive and I even had a chat with the surveyor to understand some of the recommendations I would highly recommend

Highly Recommended
Highly Recommended As a 1st time buyer of an older large not great condition house I didn t know what to expect What I got prompt service good explanation of survey cost due to extension and large attic conversion slightly higher than quoted which I realised good turnaround had very comprehensive report 5 days later Yes I needed help to understand this and the surveyor was very patient with me Couldn t fault for service and report quality

Fantastic Service
Fantastic Service Home Survey L3 We were recommended Mason Wright Associates by a friend who had used them before Initial communication and explanation from their survey coordinators was great The report was very detailed and easy to read Followed up with their aftercare and spoke with the surveyor who was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions We would certainly recommend them Thank you
