No Delivery to your car

I ordered a take away plant meal with carrots to be delivered to my car through the app Easy to use app even though the number is questions if I want something we else where a bit too many Placed the order and paid but nothing came After 20 min I decided to go into the store and ask which defeats the whole purpose of having deliveries to your car They had forgotten the bag and passed me my food without a short explaination that her colleague had screwed up but they had put the food under a heat lamp so it was still warm Try the hamburger was somewhat like warm and I also got warm half cooked carrot Not a great meal and really disappointing service pointless to advertise car delivery when they don t manage I could have just gone into the shop instead

Max Falkenberg terrible experience will never eat here again They sold me a hamburger that someone had already bitten off And this is during the Covid time the worst place where you spend your money and go away hungry or maybe get infected with something

This restaurant is not service minded and doesn t give a dam about their customers

I have actually promised myself once that I would never buy anything from Max or even step in one of the stores ever again in my life after I have been to one of the stores on the road five years ago and saw grease disgusting yellow old fat covering completely the kitchen walls and a long hair on the ketchup dispenser that was dripped all over And going to the establishment toilet was even a more horrifying experience by seeing toilet paper all over a wet floor with God knows what because of an overfilled paper basket A dirty toilet and a dirty establishment is the worst thing anyone can ever experience in a place that serves food for me personally that s unforgivable and that s the reason why I have not been or purchased anything from max for the last five years But for sometime I have seeing that the franchise has been heavily investing on advertising so I thought things had changed and because of that things had also improved so I decided to give it one more chance What a mistake

Terrible Max T by home delivery

Max T by home delivery through Foodora Food arrived with no fries and the burgers were a mess Foodora refused a full refund and only compensated the fries Advice to Max 1 Have strict checks on home delivered food where a customer can t just walk to the counter and get the order corrected 2 have an agreement with foodora that incorrect orders should be refunded in full for home delivery This should be a policy They are your customers buying your food don t distance yourself from quality service because you have a middleman Won t buy Max again
