I found a gaming mouse that was cheap on this site but I was very skeptic about buying it after reading the reviews here The low price eventually convinced me to take the risk I was extremely unsatisfied with the mouse because the software that you use to configure all its features is obviously coded by monkeys and I m not talking about intelligent monkeys I mean a room full of monkeys who didn t do much else than fling their poop at each other and call it a day in other words the software was so broken that I couldn t configure the mouse and use it to its full potential I contacted max gaming and said I wanted to return the mouse because it was basically faulty thanks to the software and they immediately accepted on the condition that I would pay the return shipping I am perfectly fine with paying for the return shipping if I buy something and then simply change my mind and want to return it but if the thing that I bought was faulty in some way then I would like to get free shipping And after a bit more writing back and forth they agreed to pay the return shipping for me For me this was the perfect experience with an online store when things go wrong and I need to return the item No hassle no arguing no resistance just friendly support I am very satisfied and will definitely consider this site again in the future

There s a lot of mixed reviews about Maxgaming com out there so thought I should probably leave a review on my experience I ordered the new Steelseries Arctis 7P on the 22nd of December I paid for the optional express delivery with DHL as due to the holidays I expected it to take a long time the package arrived exactly 1 week later on 29th December which is outstanding considering I ordered in the middle of Christmas Based on the tracking information the item came from Sweden - Germany - UK - Ireland where I live The two biggest complaints I ve seen from other reviews is the item being damaged or delivery times taking weeks months my item was in perfect condition and only took 1 week to get to Ireland maybe if you order from USA other areas in the world outside Europe could be when delivery times can vary but Maxgaming are definitely are reputable reliable company and I would certainly order from them again

Replaced something that had problems Very impressed Shippings a little slow but that s not there fault That post office has not the best reviews
