DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY It took more than one month to get my bike During that process I received absolutely no information about it Wrote to them and they did not reply As I read in other reviews one only gets a cryptic message at the beginning saying that the order has been handled with and then radio silence Eventually I got an sms from the postservice saying that my bike was delivered Where I was home Eventually when I called the postservice to ask where they had delivered it I found out my bike was delivered to the place where they would assemble it but nobody had contacted me throughout all this process I finally got the bike when I contacted this place and complained about not getting my bike for a month I must say it is the most uncomfortable bike I had It is heavy and If I use only the motor my electric kick bike has more power for going uphill When I finally arrived home and decided to look into how I could return it guess what No returning if used well I had to drive it from the store How else would I know if I want to keep it or after 14 days of receiving the receipt And here is the catch they send the receipt right away but they had not even shipped it within those 14 days So they know you will not get a chance to return it Now I understand why they do not have a store they would have a fraction of the clients They do offer the option to try these bikes first in a few stores where you have to book a time Very convenient All this said there are similar bikes for a fraction of the price Don t fall into the Rawbike hype it is only that a hype The closest to a scam one can go without consequences

It will be troublesome if you are trying to return a product and after 2 weeks they haven t solved the invalid return note that they provided Wrote to the support and ask how to solve the issue and haven t heard anything from them since the 3rd of Feb This makes the experience bad if something goes wrong

I have had my bike less than a year and

I have had my bike less than a year and in that time the rear brakes locked on and had to be replaced and now just a couple of months later they are barely working Everything on it is creaking and squeaking And it s feels like it s falling apart Very disappointed

I still have not received my bike

I usually don t leave bad reviews but I ordered a Rawbike 4x Black in August but still have not received it This is the worst delivery and customer service I have faced The company promised me to deliver it at the end of August then the delivery was moved to September Now it s October and I still have not received my bike I got a notification that the company which is supposed to assemble my bike received it 2 weeks ago but there s no response from them So I paid the money but left without my bike Super frustrating Update I received a call about my bike apparently it was broken The company did not communicate it properly They sent me another one that was assembled after one day and I was able to collect it That s not good that I had to remind them about my order over and over again
