We LOVE Max insurance

My husband and I have had Max insurance for a little over 1 5 years now A few weeks ago our sewer backed up into our basement and caused a considerable amount of damage We have a fully finished basement where our children have a playroom and our 2 boys share a big bedroom I was panicked about our insurance not covering it even though we have added sewer back up coverage Max insurance has been so great about everything and our adjuster Marguerite has been nothing short of incredible and SO understanding They got contractors in the same day as the back up to start clean up and ripping out carpet We haven t started the repair process yet however we do already have an approved estimate for repairs and Marguerite was even able to get bunkbeds covered for us so we were able to move our boys upstairs into our daughter s room comfortably while we wait for the repairs to be finished I can say without a doubt we will be sticking with Max insurance for a long time and I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know They ve made this whole process so much easier and less overwhelming than I thought it would be
