Perfect for my trip to the Balkans

I m really happy with the service from Maya I got an eSIM specifically designed for the handful of countries I was visiting which was reassuring and great value As I crossed from one country to another I had up to 20mins without a connection at one point but other than that the experience was faultless Highly recommended

I enjoyed using 3GB 1 month Maya eSIM for my trip to France and the UK I just noticed that data was draining a bit faster than expected and I ended up topping up my account in the last few days to have data even though my previous estimation using other eSIM from different providers lasted the whole two weeks of my trip

Initially I had problems with installing the Maya eSim because the QR code did not work on my iphone I received detailed instructions on how to install the eSim manually Indeed Maya support emailed photos of the pages I should look for on my iphone Very detailed and it worked Last but not least the Maya support was extremely speedy with assistance My Maya eSim should be activated automatically upon arrival at my destination Excellent support

Exczllent service and customer service

Extremely happy with the two recent eSIM I bought and used while traveling Hong Kong and Bali I even made a mistake while purchasing one of the data plan and I got help from an agent Hario within few minutes Travelling is going to be much easier from now on I honestly just wished I had looked for it years ago Can recommend to anyone
