I m so disappointed
I m so disappointedI ordered the MCM crocs as anyone knows they are a bit pricey I was so excited to get them Only to open them and the gold had scuffs they re new it seems to me that they weren t buff good That s not all its glue showing in different places all over the shoe I contacted the company MCM worldwide they had a supervisor to call me back Talking to the supervisor and explaining everything to him and oh plus I have photos and was willing to send them to him I was told he could only offer a very small refund I wasn t satisfied with that for as much as I paid for crocs I was hesitant to return them as my size could be sold out or the next pair could be worst also I be read horrible stories about returns After going round and round I was told I can return or get a very small refund Now here the kicker if I except the refund it will be a as is sale No warranty Now why would I take the very small refund to have no warranty Please read reviews before putting your hard earned money out So disappointed

Complete disappointment I ordered a backpack for my daughter for Christmas They sent the wrong bag will not honor the Black Friday price on the correct bag and offered no solutions They couldn t care less

I ordered offline and the bag was left
I ordered offline and the bag was left outside in the rain The box was destroyed and opened When o sent the purse back they told me it looked used and had a smell They told me they have direct signature and it wouldn t be left like that bc they pay extra for the service Anessa who denied it didn t even contact me to ask any questions about the bag They told me there wasn t anything they would do about making it right This company has over 2 billion is sales but can t even give a store credit or exchange a bag that was left in the rain How is that my fault Horrible customer service unprofessional company I will never buy from them again Absolutely disgusting what they do to people They need to start making negative start for reviews bc it doesn t go low enough for this trash company

Still waiting on a refund for a bag they never sent
Purchased a bag after a few days it wasn t posted so I contacted them asking if everything was okay Turned out the last bag they had in stock was damaged and unsellable - annoying but no problem would have been nice if they had contacted me though Nearly 2 weeks later and no notification of refund and i m still waiting - when I contact them they constantly fob me off with excuses that will require another 2-3 days to sort out it s also been esculated twice now It s a joke They re holding on to a large amount of my money for an item I am never going to receive and whats worse is they clearly see no problem with it If you are going to buy from their website then use either Paypal or Credit Card so you are protected I ve now had to take the issue up with my payment method and try and get my money back that way The whole experience has come across as a scam to me

I have owned mcm bags for over 20
I have owned mcm bags for over 20 years one of my small backpack bags has a drawstring that has broken When I contacted the company they told me they do not sell replacement parts I told them I cannot be the only customer this has happened to and that I would like to keep the integrity of the bag by replacing it with the same material and I was not asking for a free drawstring that I would be more than happy to pay for it They told me they were sorry there was nothing they could do for me I think a company of this size needs to have better customer service

I would give MCM zero star if I could
I would give MCM zero star if I could I bought a medium tote from MCM one they claim was built to last not true at all after about three years the leather started to peel in the back of the bag The material they use to make this bag is cheap and definitely not made to last I reached out to MCM s customer service to see if I could have it repaired I was told that any attempt to repair my bag would cause even more damage this bag is garbage and I wish I had never bought it in the first place

I just would like to state that MCM customer service is very poor and not accurate I have called several times in regards to 2 items I purchased on June 28 in San Francisco which they consistently told me they where delivered to New Jersey June 20 HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE No help what so ever then to top it off when they did finally arrive I returned them and when I call 3xs asking what s going on with my refund They tell me it will take up to 10 business days for it to reflect on my end Now today the lady says we sent you the items back because they where final sale REALLY why didn t you say this 3 calls ago FUK MCM

Does not care about their customers even when it s their mistake
I recently placed an order for a Christmas present and received the wrong handbag After talking to 2 different people at MCM they were not willing to compensate for their mistake It was clearly their mistake I would advise to not spend your hard earned money af a company who doesn t not value their customers
