The organization could be improved in my opinion other than this it was a great experience that I was happy to have Additionally I would personally like to congratulate the chair director and assistant director of the WHO committee They remained professional and in character which helped us be more involved in our roles as well

Astounding diplomat-like experience in NYC

The CWMUN 2023 in NY was enriched by the presence of Honourable guests such as Lucio Caracciolo Maria Latella Boris Tadic and Paolo Scaroni However what made the difference was the opportunity to work for a week as diplomat in a multicultural environment which was characterized by students coming from all over the world I personally trembled when accessing the General Assembly of the UN as it was a dream since middle school Undoubtedly the organization played a crucial role in this project It would be pointless to submit this review if I would not mention the amazing Director Chair and Rapporteur of the FAO Committee who ensured a smooth Committee session and all those people gravitating around Diplomatici for making all this possible Finally thanks to my fellow delegates whose visions of the world and ideas made the whole journey unforgettable

A necessity for future leaders

I m honored to share that through dedication and teamwork lots of talks and preparatory meetings I ve been appointed as a Tutor Junior for Associazione Diplomatici It s an incredible opportunity to contribute to the next generation of students that will be amazing leaders one day And I m eager to embark on this journey fostering growth and knowledge within this esteemed NGO The story goes back to quite a few years ago at that time i was a first year student and i remember so vividly how this whole experience marked my life Ever since then my aspirations and dreams became crystal clear However this accomplishment wouldn t have been possible without the support of my amazing team and the opportunities provided by Associazione Diplomatici Last but not least having you as a mentor Giusi Squillaci is as incredible as having you as a teacher had been I am deeply grateful for the encouragement guidance and supportIn the next upcoming months in the training course we will discuss about the UN System provide tools to write effective Position Papers and Resolutions challenge ourselves with Public Speaking and Negotiation techniques and so much more Everything will lead to the big CWMUN conference in New York City at the UN Headquarters Let s keep pushing boundaries and striving for more together

We just got back from CWMUN Rome We had the best time of our lives The staff was friendly young and the whole experience was something I will never forget I want to go to CWMUN NY next

A Catalyst of Friendship and Learning

Learning alongside Associazione Diplomatici and CWMUN for around a year now I can confidently say that the atmosphere the organization provides is one akin to that of a large family As with any smaller organization there are ups and downs but hiccups are quickly rectified by the dedicated and professional team of full-time and volunteer staff If you are on the fence deciding on whether or not to pull the trigger on the experience of CWMUN I would wholeheartedly recommend it If nothing else I can assure you you will finish with vital new connections as well as the privilege of having discovered a new city My only tip for new applicants is to also consider the conferences in Rome the Emirates and now Singapore These conferences have slightly fewer attendees but through that provide a space to truly get to know your fellow delegates The less hectic environment gives way to even more meaningful friendships and opportunities to branch out and enjoy your surroundings

Unforgettable experience

Associazione Diplomatici has proved itself once again Part of my heart still is in Emirates This CWMUN happened to be something new for me for the very first time I have had the chance to participate not as a delegate but as a staff member and consequently to see what s actually behind Surprisingly I have enjoyed being part of the DAIS even more than being a delegate which I have also really loved I believe that what made the experience this great was Diplomatici s ability to create a friendly environment where one can learn get to know and bond with incredible people and have amazing experiences creating long lasting memories I also feel that working with Martina as a Chair played a big role Since she gave me her trust I got to see and realise what a fantastic family Diplomatici is Concluding other than Martina I sincerely feel like I need to thank all of the staff members especially Alice who along with Martina really helped me to see the group s necessities Flavio and Marella who I have had the pleasure to travel with Alessandro Dimaiuta who I am extremely grateful to have met since being inspired by him got me into my very first CWMUN and made me love every part of it and Alice Corbino who put her trust in us and managed to make the whole thing work

The happiness of the soul

I m in Italy now and I m really sad It was an exciting fantastic and really full of things to do experiwnce Thanks to Associazione Diplomatici for this wonderful experience everything was really perfect I want to say that I spent the most constructive days of my life in NY by talking about political issues with students from all over the world Furthermore I want to give a big thank you especially to Giada who has been fundamental for me in the explanations and constant support both as a Justice Team and in the tourist package She has always been kind and very helpful with any of our requests and also thanks to her smiles in the morning she immediately put you in a good mood and all the days started well Talking about the tourist package I want to thank Angelo too he s a really fantastic person and a great group leader he always had jokes to make us smile he is truly multitasking and a person with infinite resources In fact even on rainy days he had always b plans to redefine the whole program Everything was wonderful but to be really honest Giada and Angelo were fundamental for me in the experience thank you so much to them See you soon Lorenzo Consenti

I had the opportunity to experience the CWMUN in Singapore and I really loved it I think that not only the event was great but also the preparatory course before the conference because we studied all the materials and info we needed to be well prepared for the event I will definitely suggest this experience to other friends and young people interested in international relations
