Meadow Consultants recently did a home-buyers level 2 report for us we were very impressed by how thorough it was and found it very informative Not only did it give us a good understanding of the property but its level of detail allowed us to make an informed decision about our purchase We d read the reviews before deciding to go with Meadow Consultants and they were even better than we expected The report was detailed well explained and lots of photos to show exactly what the state of different parts of property were like The service we received from everyone at the company from the office staff to the surveyor was top notch from start to finish and was worth every penny We wouldn t hesitate in recommending them and using them again

Meadow Consultants came recommended from family who had used them recently They were helpful and professional thought out the process The survey was clear and easy to understand with references to photographs that they took and included in the report I would highly recommend them and will use them again if I move on future

Couldn t recommend more I m not from the area of Newport but was recommended Meadow Consultants LTD through my estate agents and I could not be happier with the service provided David Crean who carried out the survey was ever so helpful the report was detailed and the photographs made the survey easy to understand By far the best surveyor I have used and would recommend to anyone buying and needing a surveyor I am also a first time buyer so this report was amazing for me and the people in the office were so helpful and always at the end of the phone or an email
