This review is rather late so I apologize but anyway i had a very good experience with meccha japan i ordered a fluffy chimchar plush and it was perfect In addition the customer service was very good and the staff was very communicative all the time I kind of wish I hadn t had to pay so much shipping but I guess considering where I live covid it makes sense Still at least it the shipping was really fast Anyway I recommend

Made a pre-order for items releasing in late December they shipped out and just two and a half months later Today March 9th my order arrived Everything was correct and products as advertised

Missing Parcel Rectified

I ve always enjoyed the intuitive website range of stock and fast shipping from Meccha Japan I m in Australia and it s often astounding how quickly the orders get here - but recently they really proved what an excellent service they are After a missing parcel didn t arrive and they had gone through the investigation process they agreed to re-send my package at no charge even though reasonably speaking once it hit Australia Post they couldn t have been responsible for what happened in terms of it not being delivered to me This was not really their fault but they did right by me anyway and didn t punish their customer I was very impressed by this outcome and will continue to tell my friends about this great website Excellent 5

Would buy from again

Did a preorder for the Pok mon terrarium 10 collection my first Mecca japan order Once it was released I found out that due to covid and the shipping I chose I was going to have to wait til who knows when Customer service was fast and allowed me to upgrade my shipping From there my item quickly arrived and is now perfectly displayed with my other collectibles Thank you

Shopping a lot from their website since 2021 and no problem Issue is price but its not a big problem except some price changes Order working pretty well Active sellers Also very good communication they also help me to review a seller s website Multi orders also good got order KSZRLBHEF delivered with all the products inside the package Cancelation working very well Waiting for the cancelation of the order HSVTQAHAX for accidentally buying But do not cancel your order directly or not 2 days after to avoid fast shipping Instead wait for a little time A pre order review would be great If i can pre order something Compagny very trustworthy with the customers Thank you
