Sometimes I buy things from them and the highest plus I can give is how well the items are packaged Even if the parcel has got more than one product each of them is carefully protected with bubble wrap etc The only downside I ve got to point out is a lack of VAT charge at checkout If the site ever implements it it would be less of a headache to import things inside EU

I checked prior reviews first and was a bit worried about seeing the they double charge and other unwelcome surprises but I was after an incredibly hard to find item so had no alternatives Reading the site FAQ s before ordering I noticed a if you modify your active order we charge the entire total again and refund the old amount To avoid this I made a purchase via PayPal for a single CD Blu-ray item and told them no I don t give permanent Paypal charging permission when asked to click Yes Sacrificing the ability to modify the order as it was being prepared A few days later the item was packed and shipped via DHL as selected Even included a stock photo of the box dimensions Very nicely packaged and included a copy of the invoice inside without request Absolutely plan to buy again perhaps more than one item this time No unwelcome surprises at all extra fees or anything else
