I have never received items packed as expertly as from Zenmarket Package was delivered via UPS in pouring rain but the packing team had 6 layers of bubble wrapped protection around my items which were each also individually bubble wrapped Nothing was damaged in the slightest Fast service expertly packed and delivered fast Will always recommend Zenmarket

Very good proxy service onto my fifth package now Their service fees and shipping costs are cheap As well as that they have an estimate shipping calculator which helps you roughly determine the cost of shipping your parcel which is very useful The customer service is great too - if there is an issue and you contact them they are very helpful and are quick with responding My items have always arrived in good condition thanks to the excellent packaging protection inside of the parcel

Low cost fast shipping good customer service
Their service fee is cheap Shipping is fast and customer service is good If you use the service long enough they have a reward system that gives you credit so you don t have to add funds until after you purchase the item One more thing they have a shipping cost calculator that is very helpful to have a really accurate estimte on how much your shipment is going to cost I sincerely recommend using their service

Another great experience
I received my 38th and 39th packages from ZenMarket recently and am very satisfied as usual One box contained 10 small plush and some keychains while the other had one massive heavy 3 foot tall plush Both boxes were packed perfectly with no space wasted and without being squished as I requested REALLY impressive packing job like a work of art lol I mainly ordered from Mercari and Y J all of which were purchased within minutes of me ordering Packing did take about a week for both packages which is unusual for them but I understand there are delays at the moment Both boxes shipped the next day after I paid for expedited shipping I also appreciate the smooth refund process for an item that never made it to their warehouse Very very happy with ZenMarket overall can t wait to get more goodies from Japan

Zenmarket has fantastic customer service and attention to detail My air small packet arrived in NZ after almost 3 weeks It was immaculately packaged - boxed figures were secured with bubble wrap with no wasted space I am delighted with their service and will continue to use it to import toy figures at great prices deals that I find on Yahoo Auctions JP Rakuma Mercari etc - I am grateful that Zenmarket facilitates all of this for me My only regret is that JP Post does not have surface mail delivery to my country or else I would be able to shop even more on my budget

Phenomenal team and service
As someone who lives across the world I wondered how I could get my favorite Demon Slayer figure since it was only available on japanese online stores after I found ZenMarket I was able to aquire it 1 day after it officially released in Japan and import it on a very cheap price Altought it took a month to arrive and 3 weeks to get cleared by my country s customs I m beyond satisfied with ZenMarket s service and support They were super kind and quick to answer all my questions and concerns I can t thank the ZenMarket team enough for their work The figure box was small and it was packaged with all the care possible surrounded with a lot of bubble wrap and tape I m sure it could survive a plane crash and still be intact hahaha My experience was excellent I got the figure I wanted for so long at a cheap price and a trusted service I ll be definitly using ZenMarket for any future purchases I can t thank you all enough 10 10
