SCAM FRAUD They DO NOT HONOR their advertisements listings policies and returns unless it benefits them Mementofor had a listing for Valentine Cards with gemstones It states the package includes crystals Tigers Eye Red Jasper Green Aventurine Amethyst Rose Quartz Blue Spot Jasper Clear Quartz Dalmatian Stone The order I received did NOT have them included I ve spent weeks corresponding with massive resistance I finally filed a complaint with PayPal I m told that Mementofor will refund 100 once they receive the items back I m fine sending the items back but not at my cost At the time of my purchase their website said they offer 30-day postage paid returns The envelope that I received came from Franklin IL not China However Mementor is insisting that I ship to China at my cost They have also since removed this statement 30-day postage paid returns from their website I am still within my 30 days and they are insisting that I pay for the return If I don t they won t refund anything Grrr Why can t there be authentic transparent companies who honor their clients rhetorical

super delayed not worth the wait
Ordered items from seller on 10 25 23 Emailed them on 11 27 23 after receiving no updates They responded that the package was in transit I asked multiple times for a refund due to the delays and they refused I finally received the items on 12 20 23 almost 2 months after I placed the order They were pretty cute except some of the items were smaller than the others even though they are supposed to be identical

SCAMMERS
I ordered 3 pocket tokens based off of the photo of item Shipping was ridiculous emailed them a couple of times and each time was told it was on its way was still in China both times once i received the tokens i was extremely disappointed because they didn t like anything like product pictured Emailed them again with side by side photos of what I received vs the pic of what i thought i was getting They resolved the issue by giving me a 4 refund on a 90 order DO NOT order from this company They re scammers

This company has taken my own images of my own products on my site and are advertising them for sale on their site and through ads on social media one buyer has received their order - which obviously looked nothing like my photos really bad quality This seems to be a scam company Buyer beware

FALSE advertising about the Book Dragon 2025 calendar
My mother Linda Newton 5526 North Pacific Ave Coeur Dalene Idaho 83815 bought me the 2025 Book Dragon wall calendar for my birthday It arrived today Feb 3 2025 On their web site the pictures were of beautiful dragons with lively faces who were cozily reading in opulent rooms The pictures on the calendar I recieved were small blurry and so pixelated that you can t even SEE the dragon s faces let alone the rooms that they re in It was false advertising My mother paid more than 25 for this piece of crap and it looks like an 8 year old did it on their computer for a school project Don t buy anything from this company They re thieves and liars
