Had my Motorola cell phone inn for warranty service Very fast turn around time from when Mentech received it until I had it back again Very friendly and good contakt with the techie who repared my phone Mark is his name

Professionals I can trust

I used Mentech several times for my Apple products repairs On all occasions repairs were timely communication and updates regular and clear Customer services are overall polite knowledgeable on products as well as the processes of handing over or returning my items I will undoubtedly always prefer to use Mentech instead of useless Humac

Edit From Disappointment to Delight

I ve been sent to these guys by Apple Support and they ended up not finding what s wrong with my product and also charging me for that finding Edit I was initially disappointed but Martin one of their technicians contacted me in the meantime and solved this issue in a rather perfect matter Due to this new development I was leaning towards a 5-star review since Martin was extraordinary But because of the initial experience I will only give it 4

Samsung repair at Mentech

Hi I have been to Mentech in Glostrup and had a wonderful experience They were really welcoming and helpful They listen to my problem carefully and reached a solution in a short span of time I would specially like to mention the name of the technician Keito Who really made the whole experience so great by keeping me updated with the status on repair He was very clear in explaining the problem time taken for the solution and terms of the service I find Mentech quite professional and transparent with their work Definitely a recommendation for those who are looking for a cell phone repair

Excellent repair service

Excellent repair service screen and USB connector replaced without issues battery and back cover replaced for free The intervention took one whole week a bit longer than expected and I picked up the phone in Glostrup on Friday otherwise it would have been delivered on Monday in Frederiksberg Thank you Ala from Glostrup workshop very professional service

Just 2 shop and you should have longer time a day so who working in the afternoon can go to you guys and don t have to take 2 days off work so he can fix he s phone

I had a ps4 pro for dust cleaning

I had a ps4 pro for dust cleaning and cooling gel they said at first it will take 1 week for diagnose left it there at 14 11 they mailed me on 24th We can dissassemble the PS4 and clean it for dust and give it a fresh coat of thermal paste for 1 000 DKK the 229 DKK for handling The diagnose also 199dkk so you do the mathAlso they said it will take almost 2 more weeks So yea really bad experience really expensive and way too long time too wait for something that can be done within 30 mins

Quick repair and good service just some confusement

Due to some confusion between my insurance and mentech the first repair did not resolve the complete issue and I had to send my device in for a second round After which the issue was completely resolved Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5GInsurance covered everything externally screen etc Warranty covered the internals swap mobo daughterboard etc Cell signal constantly dropped to Airplane mode even after resetting the device

I asked Viktor Winther to get the chance to mention how thankful I am for the service he has performed on my mobil Motorola and the way he has carrried the entire process At the beginning I saw the professionalism that Viktor has but the point that makes the difference is his human quality which makes the whole customer service an excellent experience Thanks Viktor and Mentech
